Spammers
These people just send spam emails out even though it was never requested. A sign of a bad business if it needs to do this. I have asked them to stop but it continues.
I thank them for responding on Trustpilot, but the fact is that I never asked to receive messages from them and they did not take action when I asked them to stop.

LOVE this new racquet and so glad they made one in this lovely brown. The team at TE are WONDERFUL!! Jasmine, April, James are some of the best - very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. They go out of their way to make sure you receive the best service possible. From what I have experienced, TE hires the best, and they have earned our loyalty!!

SCAM COMPANY
I haven't used this company for several years. Decided to order a racket. Since then, I've received literally hundreds of emails from them, and obviously they sold my email address. I also get requests to write a review--several times a day. So I'm going to keep doing it until they apologize and fix this.
They write below that they didn't sell my email address. But don't explain where all these emails are coming from that read they are from tennis express.com

10 days later, and I am still receiving emails every day that ask me to review the company. How many more times do you want me to write how angry I am about you taking my emails and selling them to other companies? I am now receiving emails from tennis express on 3 different email addresses. AND Pickleball sites. I hate pickleball.
