Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. With 32 bowling lanes and dynamic LED lighting, we're one of London's biggest bowling spots. Loud music. Big energy. Pins that don't stand a chance. And it's not just bowling. Great staff venue needs work
Girls were lovely. Our lane stopped working 2 times so we had to wait 10-15 for the machine to untangle. Which kinda killed the vibe as you can imagine. Very expensive.

My Daughter had an awesome experience at for her 10th birthday party. Management were easy to communicate with- they were just absolutely amazing highly recommend they were super professional.

What was positive?
Easy booking online, Easy parking, Friendly customer service
What is negative?
The balls have to be shared between two different lanes causing inconvenience when both sides wish to use the same ball/; the sweets machine requires 50p coin causing inconvenience; other games at the vicinity are expensive and too short and should be avoided. They also require £1 coins.

Terrible food
I took my 11yo son bowling at Tenpin Acton.
Bowling was good. The food (burger, hotdog) was AWFUL, terrible. The service was even worse. Really bad

Extremely hot inside, poor service, poor customer service.
Extremely hot inside, no air conditioning. Faulty tenpin point calculator, software slow. All balls damaged.
Food really bad. No mayonnaise offered. Didn't want ketchup on burger. Fast food quality very bad, Luke warm, dry, poor taste. Next time I'll buy food outside.
Bad customer service. Paid £2 for pool game, no white ball or triangle to setup balls. Informed staff about the no white ball provided at pool table, didn't even resolve issue.
Ordered drinks ages ago, did not deliver to table, had to complain & wait at bar.
Very bad experience.
