Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. Disappointment
My last three visits were fine, but I’ve had a couple of issues with the service.
On my first visit, my food took around an hour to arrive because no one seemed to be aware of my order. It was only prepared after I went to check on it myself.
On today’s visit, I left my almost-full beer on the table after only two sips. When I came back, my table had been cleared and the beer was gone. When I spoke to the manager, I found the response unprofessional and defensive. There was no apology and no replacement was offered.
I hope the team can improve their communication and customer service, and acknowledge when an error is made on their side.

Also, the whole staff such as bar attendances were very polite and helpful. Our guests liked the party, the food.

Not good
The lane screen was not working on one of our lanes and I asked a staff member for help, he disappeared somewhere and never came back after 10 mins. I had to go and ask someone else, but they took a while too and we had to wait for this to be finally fixed, before we could start playing on both lanes. It was a waste of time and staff not helpful.

I have visited with my family and we had a really good experience. We all enjoyed our time there. The booking process was very smooth, easy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered a meal deal and it was served on time, which made the experience even better. The centre was clean, well organised and had a great atmosphere for families.

The kiosk staff and manager was extremely unfriendly. The gift packaging we had recieved from the token kiosk was damaged and when we asked if we could change it they said no.

I asked the staff to get it and they refused to do it
