Tenpin Cambridge is at Cambridge Leisure Park on Clifton Way, easy reach from the city centre, Cherry Hinton and Romsey — close enough to cycle, easy enough to drive. With 28 bowling lanes and lane lighting effects, there’s room for everyone from fresher socials to family Sundays. Students especially welcome. And it’s not just bowling. Lots to do
Lots of fun, there's bowling, food (which was very nice) arcades and games. Everything you need for a fun day out.

Appeared understaffed as long waits for food and drinks whether ordered on the app or directly from the bar. Staff didn’t seem very happy or enthusiastic. A real shame as we always used to love coming here for a great trip out and all round fun.

Flashing lights over the bowling alley are not good.

Rude staff
We chose the one pizza and bowling for 1 hour option when we booked for the bowling game. As we started the game and finished one round, the display said to visit the front staff to book additional rounds. As we went to the bar side where the front staff were, we were approached rudely by a staff member, saying that the booking session was only for one round. We tried multiple times, informing her politely that her information is wrong and what it says on the tenpin website says otherwise. All the time she reciprocated rudely to us, with a harsh tone not allowing us to finish as well. According to description, she had blue colored hair. Disappointed, we asked to see another staff member, who apologised for her, and solved the issue for us. We wasted a significant amount of time arguing with her, afterwards we were unhappy to continue our bowling session.

Customer service lacking (staff did not…
Customer service lacking (staff did not seem interested), many beers not on tap and the toilets were is a filthy state. For the prices being charges (£130+ for 7 people bowling) it felt like a rip off. I am happy to pay a premiun when a premium experience is given, but this was far from.
