Easy to book
Easy to book, a bit expensive but I'm used to Northern prices. Drinks and food app worked OK weird thing I couldn't get it to work on my phone while using their free wifi, went onto my own wifi no problem. Kids loved the place that's the main thing

Monday deal issues
The kids pizza for the Monday deal was not very good - dry and small.
The service was good and the attendants friendly but the booking process was very confusing.

They were very short staffed it took…
They were very short staffed it took nearly an hour to get our drinks and food. We had finished our game of bowling before we got any drinks. The food was terrible very over cooked and tasted disgusting

Staff were really nice, facilities could do with some work
Staff were all really nice but the facilities could do with some improvement.
We played pool and unfortunately most of the tables didn't have enough of the right balls available. Also a couple of the tables took our money but didn't dispense the balls. Again staff were friendly and accommodating once we notified them but it would be nice if these machines worked as intended.
Bowling was fun but our lane broke mid game. Again staff quickly rectified this but also again not ideal

Ordered drinks on the app & after 30…
Ordered drinks on the app & after 30 minutes no drinks so went to the bar, no point in having an app if your staff ignore it

Don’t order food at 11pm kitchen will be closed
Make it more disabled friendly. All drinks/slushie machines supposedly broken but they are on churning, ordered food for my 4 children then was told 15+ mins later kitchen is locked refund will arrive within 5 days. Went to query as my children were told this not me and the guy was very rude and dismissive.

Easy to book, setting up a game was simple. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pity I kept on getting splits instead of strikes, but that is down to me

When I ordered 2 drinks and snacks from…
When I ordered 2 drinks and snacks from my table, 1 drink and snacks were perfect. However, the other drink “Nojito” was supposed to have lemon slices and mint which i instantly pointed out, so the guy mentioned that it’s finished, moreover when i tasted it, I realised that it was just soda and ice in the drink. The manager did take the responsibility and changed it and that is why i gave 3 stars but all the other colleagues were just incompetent at work.

The bowling was great. The pizza not so much!
The bowling and staff were great.
The pizzas were awful. The cardboard box they came in was tastier.
