Love going to Tenpin as it is cheaper than Hollywood Bowl and the standards are still great and good deals to get a burger with a game! Kids enjoyed it!

We had a family outing for my sons birthday, we all had a great time, atmosphere was buzzing the staff was really helpful and the food and drinks were amazing.

Family outing
As usual we had a good experience at Tenpin . Staff were polite and helpful the bowling areas were clean and well looked after the toilets were very clean . And we can't wait for the Wakefield venue to open

Bowling was good
Bowling was good, booked online for a curtain but wasnt ready for another 30 min nd not enough staff on desk as 1 staff member was running the bar and bowling desk waited 15min to get served

Lost time in the hour we paid for.
We paid for an hour's play between 4 of us, the clock ticks down and we thought we would get 2 full games in, however the pins got tangled for around 7 minutes which was sorted but we thought the clock would stop whilst this work happened, it didn't so effectively we only got around 53 minutes and couldn't finish the second game... I think the clock should be paused in these situations...also we got a pizza with barely any cheese on it.

Great fun day out
We always enjoy our visit to Tenpin Castleford. Staff are friendly and keep the place clean. It was pretty rowdy, but good to see people enjoying themselves, a good atmosphere. Looking forward to going back!

Not impressed
Arrived 15 minutes before booking time. There was a lady at the desk who totally ignored us. Eventually someone else turned up and told us which was our lane. It hadn’t set up properly so had to go back to desk to ask so they pressed a button and it started. Then later on the pins wouldn’t reset themselves so trying to find someone to help was a joje as there was one at rhe desk and no one wandering around to help so had to wait ages until eventually we spotted someone and they helped sort it out. Really need more staff or make them more attentive.
