We had a fun game of bowling
We had a fun time bowling, but one game goes quite quickly. My Grandson had a great time too playing on all the games and collecting tickets. I would say though it is quite expensive so we couldn't afford to stay too long. It would be nice if there were 2p coin falls machines rather than the 10p ones. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Bowling was easy to use and the young lady on the desk was friendly and helpful. What let the experience down was the arcade. The children had won alot of tickets to be told the keys had been taken home by another member of staff and could not open it for the prizes. We were told we could come back the next day or redeem them in other tenpin. However this was our last day here and not another tenpin local to us. This led to the children being really upset not being able to collect the prizes they had seen and wanted.

it was short time for the amount that was paid, £1.20 per minute is quite expensive. the overall experience was okay but it was certainly very pricey so that couldve been improved

We had a lovely afternoon of bowling. The drink ordering was a bit haphazard. The drinks arrived efficiently but no glasses. We then spent 10 minutes trying to get half pint glasses.

Great party place with great hosts.
The hosts where very helpful and the manager came and introduced herself which was a nice touch, very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted would highly recommend for a party there, my son thoroughly enjoyed himself with his friends as many hadnt been bowling before, couldn't of asked for more thank you very much 😊 xx

My son is severely autistic
My son is severely autistic , was very loud he did one bowl then we left I spoke to a lady to see if we could get refund or if they do Sen sessions , she was rude said I shouldn’t take him there then , usually he wears his defenders and is fine and she said you don’t do Sen sessions and that it’s a silly request I was very upset, unfortunately I didn’t get her name as my son was deregulated so I left but I’m unhappy with the way we were treated and refund refused

My family hardly ever bowl
My family hardly ever bowl, haven't been for a couple of years. We took my 15 year old for his birthday. It was a great bonding trip and a decent competition, scores not great but it wasn’t about that. Even granny threw a few down the lane, and a few drinks down her neck. We then played pool which was also good.
