Had a lovely time at Doncaster Tenpin. Booking was easy online and took advantage of the £10 for 2 games offer per person. Plenty of free parking outside the venue. Staff friendly, easy check-in.

We couldn't find the bowling ball weight we wanted, the lane appeared bumpy which affected the rolling of the bowling balls, the food was mediocre ar best and the service was quite slow. The adult... Voir plus

Bowling good staff responses could be improved.
Bowling good, was busy due to offer although only one bar staff member so I gave up as not even sure which end was the start of the queue. On returning later when quieter got the wrong drinks. Bar person who also was at the desk on entrance asked if I’d made the ten pound note as it was a new note. On arrival to check in she was crouched on the floor. I would not return, too chaotic.

Bowling was great
Bowling was great, we ordered food, the chicken burger was good however, we only got around 10 chips and they were cold. Not good at all.

Great customer service
I didn’t attend but my husband took our son and his friend. Good, efficient service. I originally booked to go aswell but I was ill so couldn’t attended. They gave us a voucher for 2 games for what I had missed. I wasn’t expecting anything so I’m happy we didn’t lose out as we’ll be back and I can use my voucher.

We were with friends and children, from what I noticed after the first round, one of my child's auxiliary bands was not working, we reported it and no one did anything about it

Having paid for burgers and chips for our party, the food was inedible.
Rather than complain, I ordered two large pizzas. Again, these were inedible. We had planned to be there for the day, but left and went to Wagamama for a late lunch. We will not return.

Had a god experience at the 10 pin…
Had a god experience at the 10 pin bowling, very good atmosphere and vibe. I liked the fact it also has arcade games and pool tables. We ended up spending a good few hours there and even stopped for drinks.

Staff were helpful setting up the game…
Staff were helpful setting up the game on the screen. The two bar ladys seemed quite flustered but one lady was singing to herself bless her. I found two jugs of squash to be pricy we had carvery at cheswolds before arriving. The cuppa I bought was pricy but decent. I recommend putting coat hooks on the ends of the booths and a big bin in each cubicle it would help others because we left a lot of wrappers i put them on a high ledge so they wernt in our way.

i entered the doncaster branch at 11.40…
i entered the doncaster branch at 11.40 sunday 1st feb & asked for 1 game (2 adults, 1 child) the man behind the desk said sorry full booked til 5.
i left and went on the website in the car park & booked online for 12:50, i did raise this with the same man when i returned and he said that it would’ve been a slot that ‘come up’ which i find hard to believe as it was within seconds of him telling me they’re fully booked.

Poor time keeping
Booked for 3pm but had to wait 30 minutes for our lanes to become available. Loads of people doing the same and having to wait past their booking time. Pretty sure they just continuously take bookings and don’t fill the slots online so end up with a back log. Couldn’t move in the arcade due to the sheer amount of people. Staff on site were pleasant enough, would imagine it’s a company policy thing to just get it as full as physically possible without considering customer experience.

Staff were lovely and the general vibe…
Staff were lovely and the general vibe of the place good however the lane itself was not brilliant. The pull to the side was excessive and a couple of times the system missed shots for members of our group. My son got a strike and it put a pin back up- he was not happy.

A great time, wish we had the photo afterwards
We had a great time at the escape room first off.. an amazing experience and we would definitely do it again, bowling after was good, a bit of a wait after our designated time slot but it was ok. We was supposed to get a photo of ourselves ‘escaping’ the escape room but it never came through which was a little disappointing.. other than that it was a great day
