First visit on Sunday, had a great time. Venue was very busy and seemed short staffed however we received exceptional service from Charley, Caramen and the team.

Your first aid trained staff were excellent when one 7 year old dropped a bowling ball on his toes. A very fun if chaotic party with unexpected dancing round the entire ten pin venue!

Fun day out with my son!!!
Nice day out at the bowling. Plenty lanes free. Enough bowling balls in the lanes. One gripe- I don't think there was enough staff working on the counter. Long queues during school holidays.

Good family fun
Had a great time with two games of bowling and some arcade games afterwards. It’s a little loud in the arcade area, especially when you first walk into the building, but I don’t think that can be helped.

Liked the price not the lights
Liked the price. Didn’t like the bright lights that were moving all the time above the pins. Very sensory overloading, especially in the morning. Didn’t like the fact I couldn’t switch off the tv either which had kids programmes on it. Not very relaxing.

Poor catering service
I took my stepson, The bowling was good. Great fun as always. After our games of bowling we ordered food and waited over 30 minutes with no sign of it coming. I enquired at the desk as to how long it would be, to be greeted with we dont have an order do you have a receipt or email confirmation. No receipt was given to me and no email was taken so i had to go on my banking app to prove i had paid for this. We were seated directly in front of the till so there shouldn't really be any confusion & easy to remember this. Not the best experience when we had transport arranged to collect us & ended up late because we waited so long & having to take to food outside with us when it finally arrived

We went to our lane (we had 2 due to group size) and both were covered in glasses, bottles, wrappers for sweets and food boxes. I went to the desk and asked for it to be cleaned and was told "someone will be over." We played 2 games and no one came and cleaned it. I also waited 23 minutes for one pepsi max.

Bowling was fine. Ordered drinks and snacks but had to go collect them ourselves as they didn’t bring them and it was 20 mins later

Asked to come for an interview
Asked to come for an interview, I arrived was asked to take a seat and I’d be seen shortly, no one showed up I was sat there for a good 45 minutes, you can’t treat people your trying to bring in as staff like that it’s so unprofessional

None of the change machines were working!
People just milling around wondering when they would be fixed. Took about an hour or so to fix.

Love the bowling, but staff letting it down
Loved the bowling set up, but the noise in the venue was incredible and difficult for our neurodivergent guest to deal with. We also had a problem getting slushie refills after booking these online. First we were told we had to bring back the cups, which we then did, to be told that we couldn't get any because we had to pay online and they didn't have any cups left (they wouldn't refill our cups). So we didn't stay for food after that. Most of the staff were miserable except one trans lady, who was polite and smiley.

Could do with more active cleaning
Everything was good apart from not initially being able to find a table/seat near soft play. Eventually found a table that had a tray of leftover food, drinks etc from a previous customer. I sat here for two hours and it wasn't taken away. I noticed a member of staff cleaning some tables just before I left but hadn't noticed anyone doing this until that point.

Awful experience
Drinks took 20 minutes to come to our lane and when they did mines was wrong, had to wait 10 more minutes to get it fixed, then our lane broke down and had to be moved which took 15 minutes from braking down, there was no coins in the coin machine for 10 minutes had to wait, there was some arcade games that ran out of tickets so played them for nothing, also the front desk man was really smelly
