Went for a few hours to do some bowling and play in the arcades. We were told that if we wanted anything to eat/drink while bowling, to use the QR code on the lanes. Somehow took 25 minutes from order... Voir plus

A great few hours of bowling for our staff to celebrate 100 years! The Tenpin team were very accommodating in setting up the lanes with our teams before we arrived.

Great upgrade but still bad food

Staff are slow
Make sure you register your car reg at the bar inside otherwise youll get a parking ticket.

It took 3 times of asking and 30mins to get the drinks that I had ordered when booking the lane.
Booking was easy and getting onto lane was good, service was slow though

bowling itself was really fun and the arcade is amazing. Only issue was the drinks i had at the bar. I ordered a couple drinks and the first cocktail, the server (who was so lovely) didn’t know how to make it and it didn’t taste that good. the second drink i had i ordered to the table, it tasted quite bad, it was a passion fruit martini and it was not good at all. This is not a reflection of the staff as they are so great and polite, i just believe they need more bar training on how to make drinks. Thank you for the wonderful experience though, i am excited to come back again.

First visit since new layout. We had a great time. Love the new layout and all the facilities. Food was good also.

Check-in staff was nice but spoke quite quietly, so I had to lean in to hear her.

I found going to tenpin a very good experience it was brilliant deals on which was brilliant for there price a very warm welcome from staff and security man by telling to register my car number plate otherwise I will get charged and very good tenpin give you 3hours free me and had great time bowling and atmosphere was fantastic and we return again very soon thank you Mr Austin

Great refurb and venue
Great refurb. Great place to go to now and lots to do. Defo worth a visit and so glad they reinvested in our city to give us a decent venue again.

Slow Service
Went for a few hours to do some bowling and play in the arcades. We were told that if we wanted anything to eat/drink while bowling, to use the QR code on the lanes. Somehow took 25 minutes from ordering my J2O to arrive at a lane directly opposite the bar, while watching the staff chatting. My partner ordered a drink 20 minutes after I did, and they both then arrived together 5 minutes later.

Clean environment and helpful staff
Clean environment and helpful staff. However, there were several teenagers inside hanging around with a couple of them riding their bikes inside doing wheelies. My family and I found it antisocial and dangerous as we has small kids with us. The staff could not see what was going on and therefore did not intervene.
