Good price with the kids eat free Monday deal. Food did take a bit of time to come. Manager had a word with me regarding a child in our party that had started waking down the Bowling lane. I had already spoke to said child after another staff remember had also advised. He was wrong for doing this and he apologised but I didn’t appreciate the managers threats of ending their game early and also saying he’d reviewed cctv- there was never any dispute this child had done this and it did slightly dampen the time there.

The karaoke room was clean and ready…
The karaoke room was clean and ready for our start time. I ordered food for the children and the wait time was about an hour. I wasn’t told about the wait time when I ordered the food and the standard of the food was pretty poor. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It’s a very good place!
I love how Tenpin bowling has changed soo much it looks very nice and clean inside and I love how good of a range of food they have and how many arcade games they have. It’s a very good place and I think I would recommend anyone to go.

Karaoke Rooms
We had a great time. Used the karaoke rooms, better than the one we used in Edinburgh. Drinks reasonably priced and service from the staff was top class

And good pool tables and arcades. One thing is I didn't like how the pool ques were lying everywhere.

Staff helpful, and efficient however at times when it was busy more staff to assist would have been better.
Toilets soiled by lunch time, (unsupervised children) perhaps have an hourly check in or request accompany children?

Really great experience. Booked online and ordered the pizza sharer. Pizza wasn't great, but it was fine - hardly any cheese. The bowling itself is brilliant! Highly recommend

Helpful staff
Helpful staff, but needed to remind them repeatedly about stuff. Overall great party at laser tag, all kids had good fun... The staff kindly offered a free bowling game to one kid, who got overstimulated and overwhelmed at laser tag. Many thanks for that. Only negative was the food, not that good..

Best Bowling!
This is our first choice for bowling. Good prices, great service and the arcade is always a win with the kids. Remember to sign your car in on arrival or you'll get a fine.

Bowling was good and very reasonable…
Bowling was good and very reasonable however the experience was let down with waiting for food at the end. We were there in a group and had all put our orders in at roughly the same time. Some were left waiting over half an hour for food once the first few of us had had our food arrive and were finnished.
I have also found the consistant pestering via email to leave a review very annoying.

Easy to book, fast and efficient check in. Food was a bit slow coming out but it was very busy so that was understandable.
