Nice place to visit with kids. Bowling was good, reasonable price for Manchester City Centre. Other games were good mainly cashless, normally £1 per game.

Great time!
The whole experience was great, friendly staff, we got the ave it all package our drinks and food was done in a speedy time, and drinks bought separately wasn’t to expensive either. Will definitely be going again

We visited the printworks tenpin I love the look of the place disappointing there’s no toilets upstairs it’s like being in weatherspoons how far you have to go to use the bathroom. Arcade is ok however not much for younger children and photo machine needs a remortgage to use

We waited nearly an hour for chicken and some chips , and 25 minutes for 2 drinks me and my girlfriend probably couldve made it myself faster if you let us in the kitchen

I am really disappointed
I am really disappointed. I would come to Tenpin, grab a drink and play a few pool games, as they had a tap-and-play system that was very affordable, but now they have changed it to pay 10 per hour. I'm really disappointed; might as well go Steven Charles Snooker, no different than tenpin now.

Entered the venue wasn’t ID by the security was told to walk through. Got asked for IF when the first lot of drinks arrived no problem as is expected in a place that caters to in 18s to. They had no issue and gave the drinks. Then another person came over to check our ID for second time? Which didn’t make sense because the first persons checked and said they was fine so why was the table singled out like that. And what made it worse securytjen attended the table to check a third time to be sure??? Baring in mind there was other tables and not one other table got checked for ID more then once? The First Lady who came to our table was rude and had no customer service skills and the second the same and then the security clearly realise he should have checked and made an excuse. Felt singled out of the venue as no other table experienced this. Staff need to learn customer service to.

Serving literal children and won’t serve a 33 year old
So I went to use a slot machine that scans your face for ID. It didn’t work because lighting in venue is too dark, I’m 33 and covered in tattoos and piercings I politely asked the bar made to allow me to play, she asked me for ID when I explained I’m clearly over 25. There was no doubt about it yet she didn’t ask ONE member of a group of 6 people who were clearly students and looked MUCH younger than me.
How embarrassing for a 33 year old man to be refused alcohol bare in mind I was sober not had one drink as it was early and refused to be allowed on the slot machine 🤣 but then a bunch of 16 year olds all her served there beers while I sit there with my Pepsi max which cost half my hourly wage Jesus
