Summer holiday bowling
We arrived a little bit earlier than our alloted time and still got allocated a lane straight away. We had ordered food aswell and it arrived to our lane within 20 minutes of us being there and were asked if we wanted any drinks etc which were brought upto our lane for us. Overall we had a very good experience the kids enjoyed the bowling and food we will definitely be going again soon.

Waited forever to get to our bowling…
Waited forever to get to our bowling lane, then once we were there the ball returner was broken and the balls were getting stuck. A women came to test it by taking our turns and once they had fixed it they didn’t even offer to restart the game even though we had only had one go each. I brought a drink and the lady dropped it off so quick I couldn’t even ask for a straw.

The manager was a star. Our lane broke and we was relocated to another lane as soon as possible. Food was delicious. free game gesture for waiting was much appreciated. great place to visit

The staff were friendly and explained how the karaoke machine worked, my only dislike was that our timer was going during the explanation on how to use the karaoke machine

From booking to the end of the party everything was so easy. We had Reuben helping us and she was great! (Milton Keynes branch)
The kids pizzas were slight overdone.

They half fill your glass with ice to give you less drink.
When you point it out that there is half a glass of ice left after you’ve had your drink they brush it off as normal.

The staff were very polite and engaging. We booked the bowl and burger for the kids. The food came out straight away, made me think how long it had been ready for, the burgers were very dry and two out of the five children couldn't eat them. The lanes are good, you can take a photo of each player to show when they bowl. Overall food value for money.
You could play on the arcades using cash or card without needing to load a games card, which is much better.
