The food included was inadequate
Overall, I was disappointed with the party, which is why I have given it two stars.
I want to start by saying that the reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. They did their best whenever we asked for anything, and the member of staff supervising the laser tag was also kind and encouraging with the girls.
My first disappointment was with the laser tag briefing. I felt the children were taken into the arena quite quickly without the game being explained clearly enough. Although the staff member was good with the children during the activity, I think a more thorough explanation of what they were supposed to do before they started would have made the experience much better.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. When I booked the party, I wasn’t made aware that the pizzas would be so small. Each child received an individual pizza that was even smaller than a typical mini pizza roughly the size of a compact mirror with a small portion of chips. It was literally only a couple of mouthfuls. For a group of 13-year-olds, it simply wasn’t enough. At this age, most children eat almost adult-sized portions, and in my opinion this meal wasn’t even an adequate child’s portion. As you advertise these parties for children up to 14 years old, it's was a poor portion. Had I known the food portions would be this small, I would have arranged additional food myself.
I also paid extra for ice creams, but there was only one flavour available (chocolate). Several of the children didn’t like chocolate, so they didn’t have an ice cream at all. It was disappointing that there wasn’t at least a choice of flavours, especially as this was an additional extra that I’d paid for.
The staff were lovely and helpful throughout, and I appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, the food and the lack of choice with the ice cream meant the party didn’t feel like good value for money. I hope this feedback is taken on board, as I think these are areas that could be improved for future parties.

I had a bad back, but could just the bowling aid, so was so much better for me. Great price's for the six of us and cheaper drinks on Tuesday's.

Staff & the venue are fab…awful food!
Staff & the place itself were brilliant, my daughter & I had a great time…the food on the other hand was terrible! Such a shame as they seem to have got everything else right & it’s great to have it in Redditch…finally something to do! Also…a 2p machine would be a great addition, the 10p one is good but you can’t play it for too long due to cost!!
