Cane with our grandchildren for a game…
Cane with our grandchildren for a game of bowling and some lunch for them. Absolutely amazing service, speedy queue to check in for our lane. Food bought to our lane swiftly. Great and amazing fun. Staff really friendly, well mannered and welcoming. The security guy, greeted us as we entered and then said goodbye as we left. Great place. Use it or lose it and we need things like this in our town. Well done and thank you to all staff

9 of us booked 2 games of bowling with…
9 of us booked 2 games of bowling with a burger and fries. Only 7 of us turned up and did ask for maybe a drinks voucher as a goodwill gesture, but was declined which I suppose is understandable. The food wasn;t very nice, one chicken sent back as too hard to eat (overcooked). Probably wouldn't return to play bowling, may consider Darts if it was in a separate part of the building as found it too noisy in main area

Great experience at Redditch aged 4-54 we had a great time bowling & at the arcade machines, clean, well organised & friendly staff. We visited on a Saturday afternoon.

Bowling and arcades great as always. Sadly this visit let down by food. Very long wait for pizza which arrived under cooked with luke warm fries. Pizza not even cut so extremely messy children tearing them apart to try and eat it, asked if could it could be cut was produced a wooden cutlery set, which quite frankly was as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Messy, loud, not enough staff
Unbelievably loud.
Flights kept coming off the darts.
Didn't get full 30 minutes of play. They started the timer at 2.30 but we didn't get on at that time as we were waiting for others to finish.
Arcade games are expensive, over too quick and waste of money.
We had to wait ages for our dart board to be ready.
Mess, rubbish and bits on the floor everywhere.

Absolutely brilliant evening out kids had a fantastic time as they always do great drinks great service great value for money lovely clean and inviting enviroment, nothing was too much trouble fir staff to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves definitely recommend visiting for a great family time .

Was ok place
Was ok place. Nothing made it special. Drinks took a while. Done the bowling and food deal and food literally come the second our game started, would have been better maybe in between when have multiple games of even given the option. Food was very bland and tasteless aswell. No rush to return

Ellie who checked us was super friendly…
Ellie on the front desk who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. It’s a super fun place to go. Everything is swift and efficient. Thursday night burger & bowl for £10 is great value and the burger and chips were lovely. My son and I go as often as we can then finish off on the arcade. The arcade games are reasonably priced too ! Highly recommend!

15 of us went to Redditch for bowling. We really enjoyed our experience.
Toilets could do with more regular cleaning checks.
Food was mediocre but came out quickly.
Great to have this entertainment venue in town.

Great facility, just have more spare darts and mics!!
I have done bowling, darts and the karaoke room, all in the last 10 days, in 3 visits!
So nice to go to a clean venue.
Bowling was great. No faults
Darts is great, although there was an issue with one of the stems of the dart being broken ( this happens a lot with darts), but it took staff about 15 mins to provide a replacement. We had to play for this 15 mins with 2 darts and fetch one out of the board to complete a set of 3 throws. Bizarre? why not have ample stocks of replacements - it must happen all the time.
Same story with the karaoke room, one of the mics was faulty - took a while to replace, and then the replacement was faulty. Where's the adequate back-ups?
Still, a great place and good for the area.
