We had a really good time celebrating a birthday. I had an issue with the toilet, but once I informed the staff it was dealt with immediately.
My only negative would be, having paid for two games online in advance, when we decided to play one more, it worked out quite expensive. Perhaps, in an instance like this, the price could be more reasonable. However, it didn't spoil our positive experience on the day.

The ladies toilets were awful
The ladies toilets were awful, terrible smell and generally dirty with stuff all over the floor, also karaoke booth was extremley hot, would have been more enjoyable if air con or fans provided

We went for my boys 10th birthday on…
We went for my boys 10th birthday on Saturday 27th June at 4pm. The service was seamless. There was a particular member of staff who gave exceptional service. I was making my way to the toilet to change my baby and I couldn't see where the baby changing room was. She said to me she had seen me come into the toilets so brought a key to open the disabled toilet. Later on when she was delivering drinks to our area she made lovely conversation. She made our time more enjoyable and easy. Thank you 🙂

It was a fun evening out in a relaxed environment , they made it easy to enjoy by being organised and being a friendly team etc. Was easy to book a session of games online, and it was easy location to go to.

We loved the bowling
We loved the bowling, but our area had not been cleaned. There was cups and wrappers and spilt drink.
The windows were all marked and felt very dirty.
When looking around the there was4/5 staff chatting behind the bar for an hour.
I looked around at the other areas and they were needing a good clean, again rubbish, cups cans on the floor that had been left.
It wasn’t busy 8.30 on a Sunday evening so shame we walked into that.

Pretty good! But..
Overall pretty good! The karaoke room was fun I didn’t even know it was there. But there are some minor issues. The karaoke room gets really hot since there’s no AC. Maybe a fan in there would be useful? The screen where you type in the songs glitches quite a bit. Rearranging the letters when you’ve already typed your songs which is frustrating especially in the heat. And one of the microphones didn’t work but the other two did so that wasn’t too bad.

Disappointed took my son and 7 of his…
Disappointed took my son and 7 of his friends bowling, lane wasn’t ready, then was changed to a new lane was dirty full of peoples food over floors and seats not been cleaned from previous people. Caused me a lot of stress and effort continuing to keep going back to staff to clean the area and find me a lane as I had pre booked. Such a shame as I will not ever do a party at ten pin bowling again for my son. Utter carnage and staff standing round not helpful and all miserable. So unhappy with the day!!!!

Generally the bowling was fun
Generally the bowling was fun, you can’t go wrong with that. Food and drink service was fast and the workers were really nice. But all the AI generated advertising really puts a bad taste in my mouth. It’s honestly a shame and makes the place look like they care less for their customers

Bowling for daughters birthday reasonably priced, £10 two games for her and friends, unfortunately spent £50 on food and drinks and mostly inedible due to being burnt
