NYE visit
The venue was very busy, staff seemed to cope well with the influx of customers and kept the clean and all running correctly to make it very enjoyable.
The toilets were not dirty but the stench from them was unbearable, need to add a freshener in there or clean more often.

New Years eve bowling over midnight. No countdown ,Tv screens not on nothing. it was really bad

Had an excellent time at bowling
Had an excellent time at bowling. Staff were friendly and helpful and immediately assisted in reseting the bowlers info on the screen after a family member entered the wrong number of bowlers taking part.
Have given 4 instead lf 5 stars because it said to arrive at 9.45am for 10 am start but they didnt open until 9.55am and there was a member of staff vacuuming the area whilst we were bowling- good to see its being cleaned but would be more ideal if this was finished prior to opening the building to the public

The bowling was good fun, service was slow.
The bowling itself was good, however very slowly service to book in, we had booked the Christmas deal of 2 games and a meal with soft drinks. We were then told we couldn’t have soft drinks but only squash.

Great family time
Great family time, really like the venue since the refurbishment. Staff at the check in desk could do with a bit more customer service. Bar staff however are friendly and welcoming.
