Amazing time with friendly staff on hand
Went with my girlfriend for a game in swindon tenpin we had an amazing until we had issue with our lane which we call someone to fix it and we had a laugh with the staff that going fix it for us I’m so amazed how friendly the staff was and I would definitely go back again and would recommend anyone to go there

My son didn't quite have enough tickets for the light up ball he wanted but the Manager who was behind the counter let him have it anyway.
A really kind gesture which costs you as a company pennies but makes a 7 year old very happy... Thank you.
Will be back.
(Slight complaint. Gas or glassware on bar not quite right. Magners pouring very flat.)

Terrible. Waiting 30mins for food- our game was finished. Very busy with staff struggling. Extremely expensive

Booked for 8 people, game was okay but there was a problem with the skittles, waited a while and then had to ask for help.
Ordered 6 adult meals and 2 kids meals, all of which came out the same (kids meals)
Over all not bad but better friendlier service at Bristol

The man that served is in the eve was friendly and really helpful. Always fun bowling but good customer service makes it even more enjoyable!
