We’re sorry you were unhappy with your experience. We did provide information regarding the duties, taxes and customs charges applicable to US deliveries, which is displayed on our product pages and Shipping & Delivery information. The order was dispatched successfully but was returned because the applicable charges were not paid. We refunded the product cost, with the original shipping charge remaining non-refundable as the order had already been dispatched. We appreciate that import charges can be frustrating, but these are outside of TensCare’s control.

TensCare have the most fantastic customer service! They respond quickly and incredibly helpfully, resolving my (self inflicted!) issue in no time at all. I really appreciate their help and would recommend them to all my friends.

Beyond the fact that sensation is increasing, the muscles across my entire lower back—from the buttocks up to T8—have started working! It’s unbelievable!

I’m sorry to hear that you did not receive your order and had not yet received a refund.
I have checked our customer service inbox and I’m unable to find any previous contact from you regarding this issue. I have also tracked your package and can confirm that it was returned to us on 1st June due to unpaid duties and taxes.
As you may be aware, changes to US import procedures now mean that all packages shipped to the US incur duties and tax charges. Our records show that five attempts were made to contact you regarding these charges; however, as payment was not received, the package was returned to us.
The returned parcel was logged into our system yesterday, and I can confirm that your refund, minus the shipping fee, will be processed back to your original payment method today.
I hope this clarifies the situation, and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I bought device 21 in April ,and they are not working. I contacted the seller they asking for photos. I sent one. tell them why its not working, they are asking for video .i sent a video. Please send me another one. How long does it take to replace a broken device? this company is disgusting, I think they are just making fun of me

Unfortunately, the videos received did not follow the troubleshooting steps provided, which made it difficult for us to determine the fault.

Excellent customer service from Louise
Louise gave me excellent customer service after ringing me back when I had rung the day before & she checked with the warehouse about when I should recive the porducts as I was going to be out. Then she rang me back to check whether I had ordered the right parts - I hadn't so she organised to send me the correct parts & they arrived the next day. She really took extra care dealing with me & I heartily commend the company for employing Louise!

Great product, even better company
I purchased a tenscare product recently. The product started to malfunction after a year of use. I contacted them at first to troubleshoot the problem. the gave me the steps to go through to confirm if I had an issue with my use, or the unit. I went through the steps and still found the unit malfunctioning. The asked for video confirmation that I had taken the steps, which I sent. After review of the video they kindly sent me another unit free of charge. While I had to pay the tariffs (that's another story). I'm glad they stood behind their product. I recommend them and their tens unit highly. It's easy to use. Is extremely beneficial after a short amount of time of use.
