good fast service
Sent me the wrong PAT tester - easy mistake to make and I had been using it for over a month before I noticed so was worried they would not replace it, however I emailed with photos and a few emails later their courier exchanged it for the correct one the very next day no expense no drama just good service.

great service, good delivery time, had a small issue with the item, the fault was manufactures not Test meters fault but amazing response to the fault which was resolved with replacement arrived next day.

Ordered the Smart Pat Kit and it…
Ordered the Smart Pat Kit and it arrived without the printer. I was not notified on purchasing that the printer was out of stock. There was no indication on the dispatch note which came with the delivery that anything was missing or still to come. I did get a refund for the missing printer and sourced one myself.
