Time consuming and poor customer service!
Waited nearly 4 weeks for my FGA to arrive and to top it all off I had very poor customer service from a guy called Ashley. He wouldn't chase up my order even though I asked him too seems like he was too busy and not paying attention to me. I would also like to point out that they delivered to my billing address and not my shipping. Great work guys...

Quick delivery and at a good price. The only negative was that the anton sprint pro 2 I ordered was supposed to come with 12 months calibration but only had 11.

We often stock a range of Anton analysers as they are a best seller. Having stock on the shelf enables us to get orders out as quickly as possible when customers require quick delivery. I purchased an IR1200 thermometer which…
I purchased an IR1200 thermometer which beeped continuously and could only be stopped by removing the battery. I contacted Test4Less and the thermometer was collected repaired and returned to me within a few days. It turned out to only be a low battery, thank you for a good service. The ladies I spoke with in customer service were very pleasant and helpful.

I am delighted with the product.
I am delighted with the product, but very disappointed with the courier service having spoken to them on the phone to explain where my property was located which the person said thank you.
Then received a phone call telling me my address did not exist and they could not deliver, and it took another 15 minutes trying to explain to a person who didn’t want to listen to what you had to say.

I would give 5 stars but UPS although giving a trustworthy service have no easy tracking or notification on a pick up and delivery slot which makes for a lot of lost time for a sole trader.
