Fantastic service
Required a printer the minute the guy answered the phone it was one of the best sales desk I have spoken to.
Paul Turnbull right from the word go he was extremely approachable especially as I wasn’t too sure what I needed but he put my mind at ease straight away there was no ifs maybes or but he said this will work he is a credit to his company if the rest of the company is like this it is A1+

Avoid this company
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a kane 458s over 4 weeks ago. Initially I was told I would need to wait 7 to 10 days. However this changed after the 10 days and I was told it was now upto 3 weeks due to covid which I initially accepted however I waited 3 weeks and got nothing. So I phoned myself several times only to be told I need to wait or someone will phone me back with an update. The people lack basic customer service skills. No one came back to me. I am out of pocket because I had to hire the same type of machine at 12 pounds a day. Which has rang up close to two hundred pounds.
I still thought be patient yet even after ringing and being promised a callback I gave up and when I called to complain they only offered to cancel the order they promised still a callback from the manager craig to which I am still waiting on. Yet to no avail.
All the stress and inconvenience aswell as out of pocket...AVOID

I apologise that our service in this instance has not met your expectations. Unfortunately at present we are at the mercy of Kane who keep extending the lead time on our backorders, on just a few products, without warning. We have put a statement on the affected products warning of an extended lead time so that customers are informed prior to any purchasing decision. I appreciate in your circumstance, at the time of ordering the notice was not on the product page.
In respect of our communication, I can see that all our customers that have backorders on these products are being informed prior to purchase (on the website), straight after purchase (by phone) and then 2-3 days prior to the last communicated date so that we can confirm as to whether the goods will hit the agreed date or as to whether the manufacturer is extending the date even further.
If you could please give us a call, we would like to see if there is anything else we can do in the interim to support you whilst we are awaiting stock.
