Really great customer service
I needed to add something I'd forgotten to an order and it was easy to sort out via email.
There is a great choice of beads and findings. I would just like a few more spacers for earrings etc

Excellent personal service
I was very pleased with the quality of the beads I received and look forward to creating some new necklaces for summer.
There had been a delay in receiving my order due to Royal Mail issues but I was very impressed by the responses and support from the Bead Shop with this matter. They had a genuine personal interest, hence my 5* rating.

Pleasantly surprised. I've never dealt with the Bead Shop before, but picked up on the name when looking for something for my beading. Their prices are competitive, they have a wide range of products, well described. They don't thrash you with a hefty postage charge, and they keep you well informed about your order. I shall be returning.
