Absolutely 1st class service from my 1st call to advanced for a new door with custom fitted cat flap… Demi and Lorraine both gave me options which saves me an absolute fortune…. The service was amazing!! My new door was fitted this morning by Jim, who went above and beyond!! Sincerely I can’t thank the team enough!!! My door is absolutely stunning and theee best quality!!! I’d got my windows from advance in 2017, hence being a returning g customer! I couldn’t recommend the quality and service enough!!!

Advanced Group installed Triple Glazed Windows for us which have definitely made a difference in terms of reducing noise and keeping heat in. The windows are very well made and the whole process from Siobhan explaining the different options to after care service was excellent. Would recommend this company.

We have just had all the windows and doors replaced in our home. John and Keiran were amazing. So efficient and went above and beyond to make sure our windows looked great. Great service from start to finish. Good honest advice from Nicola, who took time to explain all aspects of the process from measuring, to choice of frames, glass etc. Very efficient service from all involved. Fitters were fast and friendly and did a great job. Very happy with the final fitting.

Could not have been more helpful. Our requirements changed on a couple of occasions during the process but Siobhan and surveyor provided welcome solutions and nothing was too much trouble for them. The fitter also played an important part and once again provided welcome solutions to what was a difficult build in such an old house. Well done.

Nicola the sales rep came to our home and she was professional helpful and really knowledgeable, she put us at ease and made the process straightforward without any worries she was also available throughout the whole time if we needed any questions answered or reassurances! From meeting Derek in the show room to him visiting us in our home we had a very detailed and professional visit both times he help us with the choice of windows and door and showed us the final image on screen he also showed how much heat loss through different thicknesses of glass which help with our choice when the surveyor called to check sizes he also was very professional and helpful with our decisions . Instillation was on time and Robert &John were very polite and well mannered total protected any furnishings and couldn’t do enough to help you extremely professional in there standard of workmanship wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company they can’t do enough for you

Prompt attention and great service from initial enquiry through to design selection, supply and fitting. Siobhan Hancock ( Sales Rep.) provided all the detailed information and was very knowledgeable about all technical/commercial options available so that informed choices could be made. The installation team were equally efficient - the complete new door including the frame was very professionally installed. Would recommend that the Advance Group be on the short list for anyone requiring replacement windows and/or doors - reliable, professional and exceptional customer service.

Everything was amazing siobhan made sure everything went smooth from start to finish. The fitters where also amazing nothing was too much trouble and when they left you wouldn't of knowing they had been.

Excellent service from the start when the saleswoman Nicola, came to measure and explain the process to me. Nicola was very helpful and available at all stages from ordering to after the fitting.
All went very smoothly the two fitters were great, cleaned everything up after they finished fitting my windows and doors. 5 stars from me and would definitely recommend.

My main window broken without reasons. Maybe caused by the weather. I am panic and overwhelmed. To be honest, I don’t know what to do.

Then I search on internet and found The Advanced Group. It seems has good reputation. However, my colleagues told me that this company quality is good but if I ask glazing contractor could be cheaper. Finally, I choose this company. Because sale Nicola gave me quick response. She known what I need and what is suitable for me. Thanks for her help. My window fixed it now under an acceptable period.

On the installation day, Gordon worked alone. I think the window quite heavy. Can he handle it well? My worry is unnecessary. He is professional, hard working. Excellent workmanship. I am fully satisfied. He helped to clean up all the broken glasses and waste. I no need spend much time to cleaning after his job. It is value for money. Hopefully this accident won’t happen to me again. I recommended The Advanced Group.
