Right from the word go
They drove from Glasgow to Aberdeen in horrible conditions.
They arrived on time, given the weather 3 foot of snow, roads were horrendous, yet here they were on time ready to start in the freezing cold,
They were bery professional, they got stuck right in, not once did they even stop for a break,
3 days they were here for, and the house was hoovered & cleaned before they left each day,
From ordering to survey then fitting was very straightforward id definitely recommend the advanced group

From first meeting with the most helpful Siobhan at the showroom, fitting by Paul and John and all other contacts with the company, I was delighted with the service provided and work done. Any minor additional matters were dealt with quickly and satisfactorily.

The Advanced Group. Yet again one of the few companies left that when you call them with a problem, it’s addressed super quick and resolved.
I began using Advanced about 8 years ago and they’re always at the end of a telephone.
If your looking a company you can trust to do a professional fit and be at the end of a telephone in another 8 years time then
The Advanced Group is the way to go.

Siobhan was very informative when going through the different types of windows and doors available and what would suit our budget etc. we were pleasantly surprised at how quick we were able to get booked in. Couldn’t fault the two fitters that came to do the windows and doors, they were polite and respectful, ensuring they didn’t leave behind any mess. Would use advanced group again for future needs.

Fantastic service from Siobhan from the beginning meeting us at home demonstrating the different windows with her trusted heat lamp and giving us good insight and detail to help with the decision making process. Ordered and windows fitted within two weeks. Paul and John (half of the beatles) came and fitted 4windows and door in a shift with everything kept clean and tidy throughout.
Plasterer then arrived 3days later to do touch ups again top service.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for windows in their house.

What a professional company
Made an enquiry online on a Sunday night, they called me on the Monday morning and made arrangements fir someone to visit me on the Monday afternoon, Derek who visited me was totally professional and polite gave me a quote which I was happy with made arrangements for the new windows and doors in a couple of weeks time. The surveyor who came a couple of days later was also professional and polite infact came a wee bit earlier than expected which was OK as it suited me better.
The windows fitters who done the work were great tidied up after themselves and done really good job

I had my widows fitted from Advanced and from visiting Nicola at the showroom to getting them fitted by the two guys who fitted them i was very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship taken out .They couldn't have done anymore for me and where very neat and tidy after each day .Nicola messaged me with a follow up t make sure everything went well which i thought was a nice touch and great customer service . I would recommend them to anyone so they can experience the great level of professionalism from the advance team .

Had one window replaced recently. The window was measured and fabricated and fitted 11 days later and it was installed without issue by 2 fitters who cleaned up after themselves and gave a full demonstration of the functions of the window. Great job.

I visited the showroom in East Kilbride as I was looking for a new front door. Nicola was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and give advice on what type of door best suited our needs. Nicola was able to design the door and provide me with a quote there and then. The service from the initial quote to installation was fantastic, Nicola answered any queries and kept me updated throughout the process. Installation was also very good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicola at the Advanced Group.

I am a returning customer- few years ago we got a new front and back door fitted and service was so good we decided to reach out for a quote for full house of new windows & French doors. We called Nicola and she remembered us straight away and came to see us and give us a quote. She was excellent very clear understood what we wanted and was happy to help us get what we wanted. Nicola was always happy to help during the process and she was always available if we needed anything. She is a credit to your company and has been nothing but accommodating throughout the process.

We were given a date for installation and due to the amount of windows we were given 4 days. John and Kieran arrived and immediately started. They were absolutely fantastic and worked continuously to get the job done. We were unfortunately rained off for one day however John & Kieran completed the full house plus French doors in under 3 days. The guys were absolutely fantastic and can’t praise them highly enough. They were so respectful and their work ethic was just brilliant. They are a fantastic team and they provide a high standard of workmanship.
