The Advanced Group 

Having moved house recently and aquired an old but somewhat tired conservatory, we decided to replace it with a modern and higher specification one.
We looked at various Companies for a Conservatory, and after considerations we decided on the Advanced Group.
The Advanced Sales Rep, Harry , was the most knowledgeable and someone we could relate to.The Triple Glazing benefits was most impressive during his presentation/ demonstration, which was a relaxed and non pressure sales pitch.
Advanced Group came to install the Conservatory, with Willie and his assistant Jane.
What the two of them did was fantastic, and went far beyond what was expected of them, and worked tirelessly in terrible weather conditions until the job was finished to a very high standard.
After they were finished , not one item of rubbish was left behind.
Overall we are delighted with the outcome, Willie and Jane deserve a special bonus, not just for the end product that was Installed, but for the way in which they presented themselves and the Company.
I would certainly recommend this Company to anyone or my friends and relatives, if they require a Conservatory or Triple Glazing windows.

The Advanced Group surveyed the properties and advised on the window installation best suited to the properties. The installation was clean and very efficient and the fitters took great care when working in the properties. This is the fourth time I have gone back to Advanced and each time, the service and experience has been outstanding. Will continue to be my go to for windows and doors.

Unlike some of these reviews ours was definitely a negative one unfortunately.
Our windows and doors were fitted in August and on arrival 2 were broken and that information was left to fitters to deliver to us. Great start.
Our issues have been ongoing from then till now, March.
From sticking a window cill to our livingroom carpet, leaving holes that were needing plastered unfinished and due to very poor internal communication was left and only brought to our attention after heavy storms allowing water into our property.
We called professional roofers out thinking the leak was a roof problem and they brought to our attention it was "shoddy workmanship" (there words) of window fitters that had caused the water damage.
The basic communication from all angles and customer service we received from some members of staff was of a very poor standard. Unsure if that was lack of training.
We decided to choose The Advanced Group because they are a large company so we felt this would minimise issues but unfortunately for us that was a big mistake. Under no circumstances did we think 6 months later we would still be experiencing issues. It's now the silicone coming away from upstairs windows. So the draining, stressful saga continues.
I will say they have came out eventually each time to fix the issues raised. We just aren't satisfied at all and don't feel valued as a customer.
Very disappointing.

Got a competitive quote from Nicola at Advance who was most helpful and guided us through the whole procedure brilliantly. Dates for fitting arranged quickly and the guys who installed the windows and doors were well skilled and very respectful of the property. We were a bit apprehensive of the disruption but the guys kept it to a minimum and did a fantastic job. We had a couple of fitting issues (always going to get that on a big job) but these were attended to swiftly and professionally.
The whole process of dealing with Advance was actually a pleasure, owners should be proud of their staff. Would recommend highly

Dealing with Advanced Group has been a simple straightforward experience. Every member of the team has been helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with.
James King in sales took time to establish what we needed and how their products matched this.
The fitters, Richard and Jordan were extremely efficient, working quickly and cleanly and took pride in their work. Customer care responded to any queries immediately and after sales service has been good.

We received outstanding service from The Advanced Group. From the initial contact with Mr. Stephen Charnley to the completion by the team, their performance was exceptional. They installed our new triple-glazed windows, which not only look fantastic but also assure me that we'll see significant energy savings. The team completed the job in a single day without taking a break. Stephen patiently explained every detail about the glazings and addressed our questions, even responding to our WhatsApp inquiries late at night. You guys are truly amazing!

Had windows fitted last January, overall pleased with windows and work carried out with 2 return visits to finish off the plaster work inside and I had to chase to get the guy back out to finish the outside work gaps under the windows.

The biggest disappointment is after the windows have all settled in. The silicone has split on nearly all the windows between the window and pvc edging. Plus the silicone on the shelves has turned yellow and just looks awful. From what I can tell the silicone used isn't a high quality product and now I neednto spend time and money stripping and resealing all the windows. Not something I really expected to be doing a year after the windows were put in.

I had several quotes and salesman from different companies come out to get fitted for a full set of windows and doors. The other companies sent someone out, had a chat for about 5 minutes and were out the door. Derek from Advanced came out, and spent a good amount of time walking us through the process, showing us the different style of windows and giving his professional opinion on what would work best and look good.

As with most people this was the first time we were getting new windows and doors, we are far from experts and Dereks knowledge of the market, and his expertise in the field was helpful and appreciated. He spent a much longer time than others walking us through and explaining everything, and didn’t push for a sale and allowed us to discuss as he knew we had had other quotes.

The other quotes we received were slightly cheaper and we discussed things and decided that advantage with the interest free loan option would be the best way to go for us. They were able to arrange a date a couple of weeks after this which suited us.

John and Kieran then came out and over 2 days did an amazing job. Not only is the finish and product such a great standard, they cleaned up completely after themselves and left us with virtually nothing to do.

I would throughly recommend advanced group to anyone thinking of changing their windows and/or doors. The price might be higher but there’s a reason they’re so well thought of and why this is the case. Professional job done by professional people.

Just had Windows and 2 new doors installed by this company. From the sales girl Nicola who was amazing! To the 2 fitters that came out I am so happy with the service and products I received. Guys were on time, friendly, very patient and cleaned everything up perfect! Would definitely recommend 👌

Siobhan came out and was fantastic from the beginning. No pressure to buy and made everything very clear.
French doors in living room put in within two weeks. What a professional job with excellent fit and finish

I have ordered doors and windows 3 times from Siobhan at Advanced Group and she has been fantastic. Excellent quality products, really good installation but above all, Siobhan provides a really high level of service and I highly recommend her.

From our first visit to the showroom Siobhan was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. She made the whole process very straightforward. We did wait a but longer to get our door fitted but it was worth the wait. On the day of installation the fitters were running late due to an issue with their van but we did get a call to say they would be there later that day. The fitting once they arrived was very quick and they cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess. We would definitely recommend the Advance Group and would use them again

We love our new windows and doors. Everything looks bright and beautiful, the quality is fantastic and everyone we dealt with including the workmen were really nice and helpful.

Great customer service from start to finish. Derek was great to help us get exactly what we wanted and the fitters can not be faulted, no mess no damage to wallpaper etc. Highly recommended

Advanced made the difficult task of choosing a good Company to replace our windows and doors relatively easy.
We are delighted with the job,and the sales person James was very helpful throughout the process. The fitters John and Kieran were excellent,very hard working and tidied and cleaned up at the end of the day before they headed home.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering replacing windows and doors.

I'm afraid we have had to adjust our review from 5 stars to one
The reason for this is the first heavy rain occurred this evening and the new composite door is leaking. Not what we were expecting at all. The emergency contact number on the contract is simply the sales number and we don't know when Advanced will contact to arrange a solution and repair or replace.

Thank you Gordon for arranging the swift attendance of an engineer.
He found the brush at bottom of door had moved, the drain hole was clogged and adjusted the bottom keeper. Joe also sealed the ridge at bottom of door. Thank you Joe for finding the faults and rectifying them.
Hopefully this will resolve the issue and we can relax and enjoy our new doors and windows.

My son works offshore & had bought his first home which needed all new windows. From a visit to speak to Nicola in East Kilbride about the issue with my son not in the country She worked along with my son offshore & myself to have windows fitted. She sorted everything without one bit of stress. The workman ship was fantastic. I am 100% sure when he is home he will be stunned with the transformation in his first home. I had a composite door fitted in July 2017 but recently I noticed it had started to discolour, I phoned customer care at East Kilbride branch and was helped by Lorraine, who was excellent, within a short space of time it was organised for my door to be replaced. Excellent service

We were naturally apprehensive about the service we would receive after deciding to search for window companies.

However, from the moment Nicola Walsh from the Advanced Group walked into our home, we immediately felt relaxed and at ease. There was no sales push, no pressure, just a really honest individual whose first priority was to ensure we made the right decisions for us - even if that meant no sale!

Nicola took her time to explain and demonstrate the various options and as a result, we were keen to proceed with replacement windows throughout our property.

Within just two weeks, all of the windows had been installed efficiently, and to a high level of quality with the installation team of John and Paul being superb and extremely hard working. The small plaster work remediation that needs to be completed, post-install is already booked in and scheduled.

First class service throughout, at every single touch point and with a single point of contact throughout in Nicola who we genuinely couldn't have asked any more from.

Our entire experience has left us feeling very satisfied and as a result, we would recommend Nicola and the Advanced Group to anyone considering replacement windows and doors.

We’re delighted with the front door we got. Nicola Walsh gave us great customer care and led us through the whole process from picking the door that suited us to the installation and then checking in with us after to ensure we were happy with what we got.
Price was very reasonable, installation was quick and straightforward.
