Very good communication and excellent workmanship. Prices also very competitive, especially as they give a 15 year guarantee. My neighbours also got their windows fitted by Advanced Glazing, and are also very happy with them. Not only do the windows look amazing, but they also save on our heating bills due to the extra insulation, so the cost of the windows are definitely a good investment!

At the showroom and subsequent visit to our home the team were friendly, knowledgable and very helpful in finalising our choices. The window and doors themselves are of the highest quality and we can see and feel the difference straight away. The fitting team, Paul and John were excellent - friendly, skilled and very hard working. Overall, a great experience.

From the start, the service was excellent. From salesman Stephen's initial visit through to the finish, everything went really well, even when we had to put the installation back a fortnight due to bereavement.
Installers Paul and John were superb. They were very professional in their work, tidied up when complete and left a high quality finish. Thanks guys!

Nothing great about the after care from advanced windows. One month away from it being a year since we used them. Front window in the house has 3 pains of glass one a totally different colour from the others. Been in and out around 7 times now and its still the wrong colour of glass. Get no where when you call them just rude. Would never use again or recomend.

Let me say that the sales pitch was top notch, the guy was superb.
I would also add that I'm a time served glazier, not a window fitter, but I know how to "finish"

Advanced sent out these 2 guys on the worst day of the year, wind, rain you name it and my house was covered in dust...they only had 2 dust sheets.

A pair of geezers who played their radio at such a volume I had to apologise to the neighbours.

Their attitude was terrible, cursing and swearing the whole day...they couldn't wait to get away, but that's not the worst of it.

I had to call Advanced at least 6 times to come and fix:
The door, which wouldn't close or lock
Replace the lock itself, which wasn't the one I asked for (2 attempts it took them)
And worst of all the bathroom window which was about 2 inches off plumb.

Their finishings are terrible too...I'll fix them myself.

The fact that Advanced have not contacted me for a review speaks volumes...buyer beware, you have been warned.

Can’t speak highly enough about John and Kieran from Advanced Group. Very professional. We’re delighted with the beautiful job and they ensured that everything was cleaned up afterwards. Absolutely brilliant 😁

We recently moved house, and had a previous installation from Advanced Group in our old home.
This was of such high quality (I believe that review should be here...) that we, almost immediately, decided on Advanced for our new home...
As before, from our first contact with Nicola, right through to a speedy and professional install from the fitting team, the Advanced service was flawless, and they've retained their high quality...

Nicola the sales rep from advanced group drove from Glasgow in torrential rain to our home in Dundee. No hard sell just excellent knowledge of the products, company and trades people carrying the work out. Very easy to talk to made it very easy to follow done and dusted in just over an hour. Delighted with the sales part great Job Nicola. Surveyor arrived brilliant job took time on all windows and doors dou le checking with me at every step. Installation team Dave and his apprentice were spot on tidy no fuss removed some things I did t know how to. Came on time just got on with job worked very hard and all my windows and doors fitted in 3 days. Superb quality good price and excellent service. Our house looks great now thanks to the advice and expertise from Nicola and the team. We love them and so do all our neighbours.

Having just moved into a new flat, I have been busy with various work upgrading the property, and top of my list, new windows/front door. I invited Advanced Windows to visit to quote for the work, as I had used them before and been very pleased with the result. Today, the salesman (Harry Moore) could not have been more helpful. Friendly and approachable, he answered every question with knowledge and professionalism and, as a returning customer, I was soon satisfied that I would receive the same high standard of work as last time. When I explained the various works to be done in my flat, Harry immediately organised my survey and installation dates to fit in with other work/appointments, so that everything is now on course to allow the windows to be finished timeously. Thank you very much Harry! I have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Group; their efficiency and professionalism, to date, has been outstanding.

Gave Advance Group 5 stars. Had six windows installed over two days. From meeting with Stephen to ordering and getting installation date everything was spot on. Richard and Jordon installed windows and were excellent no mess whatsoever and both had a great work ethic. Would recommend Advance Group to anyone.

I would like to start by saying this is a totally honest review of my experience with Advanced group, I will break it down to cover my whole experience.

1) Contacting the company - I called on an initial enquiry and was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant young lady, she arranged for a salesman to visit me on a day that was convenient to me. Started very positive in my view as first contact is the most important part of any experience.

2) The Salesman - Steve arrived and and was a pleasant chap, we sat down and we chatted about my vision for the house, he was not pushy at all and I felt he listened to what my needs where, I felt it ws important for the windows to cut road noise and look nice as well, I wanted easy to clean windows as they are very tall. He explained tilt and turn and also other windows, I felt tilt and turn was my best option, he then went on to ask if I wished for a quote which I did, he quoted a price and I was very happy, possibly not the cheapest but I was certainly getting the vibe of quality and the reassurance of nothing was to much trouble, we proceeded to sort out the finance, which was honestly very easy and not long drawn out process, the interest rate was extremely competitive and cheaper that I honestly thought it would be. He arranged for a survey to be done next day, This was extremely surprising, I honestly thought I would be waiting weeks or months for progress, he also gave me a fitting date that was only 2 weeks later, and to be fair would have been quicker but I was going on holiday.

The Survey - again a very pleasant experience and the surveyor talk though the whole process, was very simply and he gained all the information that was required for the install very quickly,

Fitting - The fitting was over two days and the guys turned up promptly around 8am on both days, the where very likable lads and put me at ease as to how they where going to proceed, I never felt as though we got in the way at all, they did an absolutely amazing job, at the end of the two days everything was left look clean and tidy and I am been very honest when I say I was glad these guys did the work.

Overall - I would say everyone we dealt with at Advanced Group where totally professional and I would highly recommend this company. Thank you to everyone involved for a excellent quality service and a very positive experience.

Update: the company did reach out to me and it has been established that there was an error with their online systems. Given their attempts to rectify this, I feel it is only fair that I amend my previous rating.

Emailed a week ago - no response. Even if you couldn’t do what I was asking, it would have taken less than 30 seconds to tell me that.

Excellent service from start to finish. We appreciated good advice when choosing our patio doors and glazing. We were especially pleased with the fitters, Paul and John. They worked tirelessly in atrocious weather conditions without complaint, taking great care to leave a superb, clean finish. Much appreciated!

Very professional courteous good pricing and fitters were excellent

Had problems since day of install. Damaged the paintwork in my Close scraping the units along the floor, wind coming in the windows, silicone falling off, balcony step was held up by a tube of silicone and step dropped within days, window sills so squint that were very visibly noticable, not sealed properly on the outside of the building. Emails back and forth and did finally have someone out to rectify, have since had another 2 additional visits to rectify but never any customer care from management around damage left to communal area or initial workmanship. A couple of comments from emails I was advised regarding my complaint "I fully agree that things haven’t went as smoothly as either of us would have liked" "In my opinion, if a complaint is raised about workmanship – the resolve would be rectification?" The damage to the close has never been resolved and seeming to be a norm then for the use of an empty silicone tube for instal and units not put in properly as long as they are rectified if queried? Demi was always very helpful and friendly my issue is with original workmanship and handling by management

New windows! Second time I’ve had work done by this company. Excellent, good communication, very pleasant and professional. So tidy it put the rest of my house to shame 😂 certainly would recommend. Thank you very much. M Esson

I would (and have already - three times!) highly recommend Advanced Group. They’ve all been first class at every stage of the process. Siobhan, Jason, Scott, and Graeme have been fabulous and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

From the initial visit from the rep to the final instalment of windows and doors, the service provided has been great. All our ideas for changes to the windows were met and they totally change the look of our property. The fitters Paul and John were very professional and friendly and cleaned up everything behind them. Would definately recommend them.

Just had Front door and Patio doors installed today and the end result is excellent, even better than my high expectations. Fit, finish and quality great for the price. Extremely pleased with the whole process from Harry who came out to my house and explained all the different options and came up with a good price, Then Mark the surveyor came out a few days later to get exact measurements and confirm order. Lastly the two fitters who came out a few weeks later with my order. They were brilliant and worked tirelessly in the pouring rain and cold conditions to fit the patio doors and front doors. The old doors were all taken away and there was no mess left. Very pleased with the attention to detail and matching the installation to my walls and flooring. Same with the finish on the outside. All in All I am delighted with my purchase and would have no hesitation recommending Advanced for Windows and Doors.
