I have been doing Therapy sessions with Christian for about 4 years now, and the progress I've been able to make with his guidance and reassurance is honestly soo profound that there isn't enough ways to express my gratitude to Him and the organisation as a whole. I really appreciate what this organisation does, they truly are amazing.

I can't say enough good things about this organisation. Christian was my first ever therapist when I was in training myself back in 2014. I came back to therapy during the experience of the pandemic and I couldn't have been more thrilled to see that Christian was offering online sessions as I live quite the distance away! After a few months of returning to therapy my mum caught covid and very unexpectedly passed away. The support from the AOC has been invaluable throughout this time. Therapy is so helpful for me but lately I've been struggling to afford it. Financial pressure generally has been an issue that has continually put a block in me being able to feel like I have the freedom to really listen to what I know I need. Recently, knowing things were a struggle the organisation offered me free sessions for the coming months through their MHSP project. There's something so powerful about feeling so held by an organisation when times are tough. Literally saying "we got you, keep going, keep coming to therapy" is the greatest gift I could have received this year. Whenever I find myself in a position to give back in some way, the AOC will be at the top of my list. I couldn't have more faith or trust in the humans running this fabulous show!

I was struggling with the loss of my
Mom, the isolation of lockdown and then a diagnosis of my sons ASD and wasn’t in a good place, and my health visitor suggested AOC and I met Mo who was amazing and supported me how often I needed sessions which over time I reduced, we discussed everything and she got me from a very dark place to looking for happiness again. Thank you forever grateful 😊

My son was struggling with anxiety surround school in particular and Erica was amazing he’s now happy going to school, I would highly recommend

I can't recommend them enough. Aaron has been fantastic in responding from the point of my initial call, with sensitivity and professionalism and the counsellor is excellent. A much needed and highly valued service I am very grateful to have found.

Very helpful and understanding and understanding,they are willing to help and bring your family together ,worth a visit .

Christian's help with my daughter has been invaluable in getting her and our relationship back on track.
His creative, relaxed and down to earth personality make him available to teenagers, and the rest of the AOC staff are a pleasure to work with.
