I rarely write reviews, however I have to say, after my experience of the AOC, it truly is a brilliant company. Christian and the team are extremely professional and amazing at what they do. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Keep up the great work!

I came to the AOC at a bad time in my life - and left not even a year later feeling like I might actually be all right. I feel like I was truly understood and cared for here, and not just by the particular person I was there to see.

I had the pleasure of working with Jen Deacon to help me recover from a recent tumble back into a period of depression and a total lack of confidence in myself or my own worth. My journey to self-acceptance has been rocky but I honestly feel like Jen was a crucial part of it. It didn't feel like she told me to feel better about myself, but encouraged to look into the reasons why I felt I couldn't and I've learned so much about myself in the meantime.

I would recommend the AOC to anyone, there are genuinely good and helpful people working here and they want to help you.

I have recently had the pleasure of sitting with Christian Dixon for a series of one to one sessions to help with a period of anxiety and panic attacks.

I was nervous to begin with but Christian puts you immediately at ease and rather than feeling like a formal counselling meeting I found that it was more like chatting and confiding in a trusted friend.

I felt the journey I went through in our sessions was gently guided by Christian but unwittingly driven by me rediscovering and developing a confidence in myself that had taken a tumble.

I would highly recommend The AOC to anyone who needs any support however big or small and wouldn't hesitate to return for help if required in the future.
