I can't recommend Baggageman highly enough. Booking was quick and straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and my luggage was collected and delivered exactly when promised, in perfect condition. It took all the hassle out of travelling and meant I could simply enjoy the trip rather than worrying about bags. Friendly, professional and excellent value. I'll certainly be using them again.
Thoroughly recommend this Company. We were a bit apprehensive having lost luggage with airlines 3 x previously but this service was well organised, worked perfectly and made travelling by train so much easier.
Booked by GRJ for a train/river cruise trip. Case on boat when we arrived. Today was our 2nd day back and the case has just been delivered (5days earlier than expected). Collection and delivery was done via DHL.
All in all it has been a great success and wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again.
Very disappointing and unacceptable behaviour witnessed today on Buckle Street in the E1 area of London involving a driver operating on behalf of The Baggageman.
The driver was observed urinating in a corner of a residential building, in an area visible to residents and where children or other members of the public could potentially have witnessed the incident.
Whatever the circumstances, this is wholly inappropriate behaviour at a residential development and demonstrates a concerning lack of professional judgement and respect for residents and their surroundings.
I would expect The Baggageman to investigate today’s incident with the driver concerned and ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are reinforced with its staff and contractors.
People attending residential developments in a company-branded vehicle represent that business, and residents are entitled to expect basic standards of professional and respectful behaviour.

We agree this is totally unacceptable. We take concerns regarding the conduct of anyone representing The Baggageman extremely seriously. We have identified the driver and are investigating the circumstances surrounding this report directly with the driver concerned. We expect all of our drivers to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times, particularly when operating in residential areas and around members of the public.

perfect service - did exactly what they said they would. Our large suitcases collected from home and waiting for us a week later on the ship. collected at the end of the cruise, and following a couple of land days we travelled home. they were returned to us earlier than estimated.
Baggageman kept in contact with us - confirming collection. advising us of delivery. really took the hassle out of going away.
