BritishCraftHouse Avis

A fantastic place to shop for unique British only handmade goods. So many gorgeous items to choose from and how lovely it is to support truly ‘handcrafted in the UK’ goodies.

Lovely, handmade items.

A great company with plenty of choice from small businesses.
I ordered gifts from The Chocolate Cellar, which arrived within 3 days, beautifully packaged.
Always a pleasure to do business with.

Beautiful gifts and items for the home. Love this site. Always quick and efficient service. Goods package lovely too

It always gives me a great feeling when purchasing from TBCH. Knowing that it is an independent seller you are dealing with. The products on offer are clearly shown with high quality images and clear descriptions so you know what you are getting. Communication is always prompt from sellers. The new look website is also easy to use.

I am both a seller and a buyer on the British Craft House. It is an amazing collection of beautiful hand crafted creations and every seller that I have used is helpful and efficient and all items have been amazing, including those sent direct to gift recipients by the seller.

I bought some ceramic flowers as a 20th wedding anniversary gift for my daughter and her husband and we're all thrilled with them. They're just as pictured on the website too.

Such a great eclectic mix of British handmade arts and crafts from all over the country. So much good quality items making them great for gifts for ithers or a treat for yourself

Amazing experience with this company. My purchase arrived, and there was an issue unfortunately the seller went AWOL not responding to messages from me or dottie. She was simply wonderful picking up the item herself and refunding my money in full. Despite my item not being okay the customer service was exemplary!

So many beautiful gifts, I’ve bought from a couple of businesses (Twisted Felter and Fabric Vase Company) it is always speedy and straightforward. If you’re looking for a unique gift, definitely look here!

I love this site. There are so many different crafts available and you know that they are all lovingly made and so different.
A great site for gifts or treating yourself.

Items delivered on time and as pictured . One item I hadn’t received so I sent e mail to shop and had a reply within a couple of hours good customer service all round

I love The British Craft House. I originally heard about Dotty and her team when my lovely friend Jayne started offering her beautiful glass creations via TBCH. I love being able to see products from small businesses that I wouldn't necessarily come across. I've been delighted with everything I've bought and the service has been excellent. It's great to be able to support small business owners. Highly recommended.

Love the products but mostly love the artisans who are always more than happy to help with individual requests. Thank you and keep on going

Last year I purchased the most beautiful hand crafted crochet pigs in blankets baubles for my Xmas tree they were perfect

I have just received lavender hearts that I ordered.
The hearts themselves are stunning, and I can’t believe how beautifully packaged and gift wrapped and comes with an extra little gift attached to a gift card.
Absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Great site of you are looking for something different and unique. I found Chris s Fork Emporium and now have three beautiful bracelets made from antique spoons that I love! What's not to like? I'm helping a small company of talented people who are recycling lovely old cutlery, win, win!!

This is my place to go to for wonderful beautifully made gifts for family and friends and myself. I've bought colourful pendants from Reflections of Grace, decorated glass bowls and bright sun catchers. They've all been appreciated by recipients. The website is easy to navigate and the service is great!

I bought two glass mosaic birds from Baobab Tree Mosaics, via British Craft House. They’re a couple of years old now, but still perfect after being out in all weathers. They’re beautiful!

Multiple gifts purchased always fabtastic service and customer relations are brilliant always helpful and considerate, high quality goods and beautifully presented. Delivery service efficient even during the postal strikes.
