BritishCraftHouse Avis

I bought some beautiful Christmas decorations from this website. The items arrived promptly, were beautifully wrapped and even had a little handwritten thank you note in them. I love buying hand made!

I love this site!! So many fabulous (& genuinely handmade!) items, from lovely small businesses.

I bought several Christmas gifts from different sellers on The British Crafthouse platform and have been absolutely delighted with everything I have purchased. Cannot rate it highly enough and it is now my place to go for all types of gift.

Do not purchase from Tabby Cat Studio.
My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas and one month later we have no necklace, and no response to our emails and messages asking for our money back.

I decide to shop small at Christmas and found lots of amazing things at The British Craft House. All from artisan makers based in the UK.
The website is easy to use and customer service and comms is great

I bought several of my Christmas presents from The British Craft House, and I was delighted with all of them. The customer service was excellent, and the gifts were all of such a high standard.
I've bought textiles, jewellery, and pieces of art, and I have been thrilled with everything.
I also gave my husband the link to my British Craft House Wishlist, so I got some lovely things myself!

I purchased a beautiful silver ring for my Christmas pressie from my husband!! The service I received was great, due to Covid there was a delay in receiving the item but I was kept in the loop so I knew what was going on. I would definitely use this company again. Really easy to use website with a huge range of items.

I have purchased many superb products from this website as gifts and for myself.
Whoever the sellers have been, I have had excellent product, excellent service, brilliant communication and on time delivery!

I have been delighted in the service I have received from the sellers I have purchased from, particularly over the Christmas period when I purchased 2 items to be sent directly to my gift recipients to avoid any further complications with mailing. Both of my gift orders arrived without fuss and the recipients were delighted with them. Win, win as I only had to pay for one lot of postage too.

I've bought from a few different sellers on the British Craft House and have found them all 1st rate. Will definitely use again.

I sell on this fantastic new site, what I love about it is there are strict rules that sellers have to adhere to and handmade products have to meet a certain standard so only the best crafters are allowed to sell on the site which is great news for customers

I’ve bought from several independent maker shops on The British Craft House over the last few months. Every time I’ve received first class communication and customer service. Not to mention unique and best quality handmade goods. I will be buying all my gifts from the tremendous range on offer going forward.

I've bought from a number of different sellers on the British Craft House and they've been brilliant. I've been able to communicate with each seller and they've been very helpful in order for me to get the items I want, and even make me a custom item. Will definitely use again.

I’ve bought from several shops and I can’t fault any of them. First class service. Quality products and the sort of personal service you only get from a small independent businesses. I will definitely shop here again.

I’ve been part of The British Craft House since day one when it opened, and signed up for my third year. It’s a great selling platform with a fab supportive network. I also enjoy doing most of my buying here too!

Prompt dispatch and delivery, really good communication throughout my order and the product was of a fantastic standard

Great platform, loads of support, various plans to suit all pockets, well curated and well worth joining or buying from. Lots of gorgeous handmade gifts, great range.

The British Craft House is a well supported site for Artisans to sell their work. I have been on there since October and recovered my annual subscription costs in less than 6 months. Very happy with the site, I particularly like it's layout and the amount of control I have over item listings and cannot speak highly enough of the level of support, advertsing, encouragement and interaction from the site owner.

I am very proud to be a Seller on The British Craft House, but I am also a Customer and have purchased some wonderful gifts from talented Makers. As a Seller the community spirit and support all round is brilliant, as a Customer I have had first rate service and communication on all orders placed. Highly recommended by me!
