The Butler & The Van Avis 

Stephen was brilliant - did a big move from north to south for us and helped out my parents at both ends. I couldn’t join as I had to go to hospital but he made sure everything was smooth and quick. Thank you!

They were outstanding with our delivery. They took great care of loading, unloading and delivering our table and chairs. They were very friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

What a hero , came to my rescue when arranged pick up didn't show.... didn't charge any more than his normal more than fare rate even though I was in a desperate situation , really lovely man , will definitely be keeping his number & would highly recommend, thanks so much Steve 👍

In a word brilliant.

Both chaps were professional, prepared and prompt. They helped move home on a warm July day and played tetris masterfully, grafting for over 8 hours with a smile on their faces.

They both provided direction and took direction always from the perspective of ensuring the move went smoothly and everything found it's way into the right place. Some of the items we had were bulky, fragile and heavy and needed to go into the 2nd floor, they navigated the stair wells competently and efficiently.

Absolutely would use them again in future though I suspect we won't be moving again anytime soon, though will likely be in touch for smaller jobs!

Two very polite and friendly men. I thought they would struggle with the very heavy wooden fish pond, but it wasn't a problem for them. They update me with timings through text messages every step of the way. I would definitely recommend.

Perfectly friendly and do well on packing front.

Best to ask a plumber to install your washing machine as it’s now costing us a leak, plastering and flooring inspection thanks to Van Butler not installing it properly! They also asked me to keep too many bays on both days in case they were free. This again came out of my costs. No apology when I emailed about this either.

Delivered an electric double re-cliner sofa, tv stand and some small furniture, was very helpful, helped bring the sofa in and set it up

Very respectful of our property , carried the work out with skill and expertise, dismantling , moving then reassembling an adjustable bed into a friends home.

We had a super king bed delivered, they brought the old bed down stairs and took the new one up stairs no easy feat as our house is quite small. Well done.

On time, polite, took shoes off at the door and took our mattress straight to our bedroom, unwrapped it and took our old one downstairs and into the garage for us. Couldn't ask for any more. Thank you!
