Great service
Great service, text in advance to let me know their timing and arrived as they said. Very courteous and respectfull and efficient. Delivered our goods with care and unwrapped, taking their rubbish with them from the packaging. Would recommend 👌

Polite, friendly and efficient. Texted on the morning of delivery to narrow down the time slot. Old mattress bagged up ready for collection by the Council on Tuesday. Very satisfied customer!

Great experience
Great experience. Staff well dressed. Only problem store said l would have mh delivery am not 17.30 It meant that my PA could not be here to make the bed up as l was disabled. But l put that down to breakdown of communication between store and Betlers.

Delivery of mattress
2 very friendly & polite young men arrived within the time frame which had been texted to me. They placed my old mattress ready for collection & covered it with the wrapping from the new one.

Exceptional Service!
I hired out The Butler & The Van to help me transport some items across town. He arrived promptly, just before the agreed time, and the whole service was conducted efficiently and in a timely manner.
His customer service is excellent. He is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to communications both before and after the job.
I was charged a more than fair price for his services, and will be happy to hire him again should the need arise. Thanks Steve 😁
