This has been dragging on forever! You can’t contact anyone to speak to abd you have to supply the same details over and over again

Keeping me updated and informed on how things are going and I thank you for that and if it's possible if you need to talk to me at anytime Could you please text me on normal text as I'm partly deaf as I'll not be able to hear you very well over the phone thanks again for everything

Very long winded saying wasn't suppose to take that long as it been agreed that they had overcharged finance

They are criminals. I have never engaged with them nor authorised anything. Yet they keep harassing me. Impossible to contact, every thing is robotic and they had the cheek to ask me to cancel 9 claims that are completely fictional. Now it’s threatening cancellation fees ! This mob are 100% crooks . Beware

Being kept up to date with the progress of my claims is appreciated, good to know that something is still going on behind the scenes after initial requests and enquiry

These claims are very long winded in getting settled as this has now taken over 2yrs and now they are saying should be settled sometimes in 2027 3yrs probably then be in 2028 it's rediculous how long this takes,
Wish I'd never started this claim, doesn't seem to be getting anywhere.

I keep getting emails requesting signatures from the claims guys regarding discretionary commission refunds, requesting my signature to continue to act on my behalf. I never asked them to act on my behalf I’m the first place.I’ve emailed them numerous times and tried to contact via telephone to cancel whatever they’re doing’on my behalf’. I believe this barrage of emails has arisen from online information on discretionary commission. I haven’t signed anything to ask them to act on my behalf!

I think how quickly they can take your money. Not fair having to wait all this time to wait for money back it’s poor
