The Claims Guys Legal Avis 

These claim guys are useless they keep asking for the same information and nothing gets done dont bother using these waste of space

The Claims Guys should be sued for harassment. They won’t take no for an answer. Just bugger off and stop bothering me. I, like many others, received multiple offers from companies to submit a claim for mid-sold car finance insurance and even though I have settled on only one of these companies to do the investigation and have told the Claims Guys that I don’t want them to represent me, they wont accept this request and have told me that if an offer of compensation is made, that they will be due their commission. GO AWAY!

It’s very long winded I think I started this claim nearly three years ago

This has been going on for two years will I ever get an answer???

The claims guys started to fill form in and did not finish and did not sign
Still getting emails after two year asking to sign to confirm every week

Handling claims well but why do I have to keep sending id and signature, done this for all claims around 5 times.

I am trusting your company to handle my car compensation miss-selling claim and have submitted proof of ID, photographic evidence, signature and email details, plus home address info FOUR times to you to date.
Repeated requests for the same information does not fill me with confidence in your procedures.

You are constantly asking for the same information which I have sent several times along with copy of driving licence . I don't know how many more times you need this .

I always find these experiences a bit daunting I’m not always sure I’ve given you guys the information that is helpful so I’m prepared to accept if you want to contact me for something else I will try and do my best to give you the info you require thank you so far you have been very informative and getting in touch regularly but the above still applies thank you

Waited years and just constantly receive the same email over and over again requesting the same documents or signatures. Five years and counting I think. Waste of time.

Well, they certainly keep me informed and have asked for ID verification on numerous time, which I have supplied.
Yet to see some money, but then so is everybody else.

Good communication from yourself, however having to upload my driving licence for about the fifth time. Why is this don't you keep it on record and it is getting abit annoying now constantly uploading the same things over and over.
