The FOCS training has been incredibly valuable experience. The content was comprehensive and well structured .Rashid and the facilitators are highly knowledgeable and engaging creative and interactive and supportive learning environment. The training session exceeded my expectations .I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to enhance their coaching skills or become a better version of yourself.

The main highlight of this FOCSE Training is the combination of system knowledge and practical action to create success. I've had the opportunity to explore a few systems and still have more to learn. Thank you so much to Rashid, the ICI team, and my fellow learners.

The Coaching Institute falls disastrously short in multiple aspects. Communication is virtually nonexistent. Their Foundations of Coaching course is marred by incessant upselling, consuming one third of the course. Membership criteria are shockingly lax, centered solely on financial capacity rather than ability, merit or readiness. Despite promising refunds, they shamelessly renege on their word, leaving disgruntled participants in their wake. The course itself is a labyrinth of challenges, incompatible with the supposed flexibility for those balancing work and family. Their abysmally high dropout rate speaks volumes about their ineffectiveness. Worse yet, they promote coaching before adequate training, displaying a reckless disregard for ethical standards and honesty. In sum, The Coaching Institute is a disgraceful institution, steeped in unethical practices and dishonesty, rendering it wholly unfit for aspiring coaches seeking genuine growth and development. I am currently working with ACCC and seeking legal help regarding the problems I am experiencing with them. I read bad reviews when I signed up and ignored them. Don’t make my mistake!

A big warning to anyone wanting to join this company. Do your research. Check for any current court cases and complaints to governing bodies for any information you may need about this company.
It is a lot of money, so just be really careful what you do with your investment. Current complaint in progress, please reach out if you need assistance.

The Coaching Institute took $11k off me and then spent 6 months avoiding, dodging and diving paying a legitimate refund which they said they would. They even said they had done the transfer twice but the money never showed up. These people are low life CROOKS who unfathomably teach ethics and values. Utterly sickening. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR MONEY! They will not honour their refunds.
