The depth of material was more than expected.
The clarity of delivery of different models was exceptional.
The breakout rooms were fabulous.
The community engagement was good.
Outstanding training! World class.
Facilitator was relatable and engaging.

1 hour of building up the room on each day before any content was delivered was unnecessary. I understand connection and rapport, however that was not valuing peoples time who took time out of their work to do this. I have done Meta Fundamentals in the past (2019 - 2020) This has been dumbed down.
The upsell to UYQ took away valuable time to the sessions. I get it, it's business.

There is so much useful information in every training I have attended at ICI. So much value from business to self-growth and that's what I am here for, to be the best version of myself and help others in this same journey. GO ICI!!

Great 3 Day Session, highly recommend Meta Dynamics - Fundamentals.

I learnt a lot from watching the live coaching as it came up. The unplanned ones and the exercises that we got to do ourselves in breakout rooms. The training provides many models and frameworks that are valuable and useful and the self-growth is phenomenal. Thanks ICI

A few new insights
There was some new insights, and a some new models to use. What I didn't like, was at least a day spend on upselling The Ultimate You Quest program. It is a good program but so much focus on sharing and selling that spoiled the training for me

The atmosphere was continuously nurturing possibility-focus, whilst compassionately dedicating time for coaching individuals when it's valuable. And the learning, the content, the quantity and applicability is phenomenal. True Life Skills.

It was awesome to take a deep dive into the reclamation cycle and learning how to implement meta models as part of coaching my future clients. Kath is an amazing presenter. I love her mama bear vibes and her support in understanding things at a deeper level. Thank you. I found the Ultimate You Quest sales pitch a bit over the top but it gave me an insight into how to sell packages with gusto. Overall, a fantastic training session.

The team were across all of our learning needs. They supported and championed our journey throughout the training. They provided us with all the tools, resources and learning materials we needed to understand the content. The safe space the team creates for us to learn in is fantastic and next level. Emotions are welcome. Questions are welcome. Curiosity and uncertainty are definitely welcome. Energy, fun and playfulness are encouraged and returned to us.
Can't get enough of this learning environment! Just a fantastic space to get involved and participate in!
