The coffee is tasteless and nothing like the original strength and flavour from Lavazza. The customer service is non-existent existent. Save yourself some money…do NOT buy from here!

Coffee Sense pods not compatible with my Nespresso!
I bought two mixed boxes of the Coffee Sense pods and the water just did not flow through properly. The pods let about 5ml of water through on espresso setting instead of the normal 40ml from a genuine Nespresso pod. In fact the other 35ml of coffee went into the drip tray and spilled over! I contacted customer services for a refund + postage costs, as faulty, on the unopened box and they were most unhelpful, claiming I was over extracting the pods and would not refund my return postage! I've been using my Nespresso for a number of years I know how to use the machine. I chucked them all in the bin, lesson learned, back to Nespresso pods.

I've ordered from these guys several times, and they are always the best price, the quickest delivery, the best CS, and crucially, the best coffee.

Great coffee and efficient deliveries
They're one of the few suppliers of the paper ESE coffee pods now that proprietary capsules such as Nespresso and Dolce Gusto are all that most retail outlets sell. I've never had any problems with them; the packages are always quick to arrive and are fairly priced.

I did not receive my order and they would not return my emails about it. I finally had to open a dispute with my credit card company.

Fast dispatch, order status but no tracking number (sent by Royal Mail). Coffee pods are much cheaper then in danish web shops.
