Very poor experience. I am experienced landlord with multiple properties and was allocated this guy after trying out YourRepair’s cover. Engineer prior to arrival starts complaining about lack of free parking (central London postcode) and said he couldnt find a parking bay and had no time and was about to go. Eventually convinced him to do the job with me sitting in his van! Proceeded to find some ridiculous alleged technicality on my boiler flue saying screws were missing (the flue was entirely flush and secure and had passed no less than 8 previous gas safety checks before YourRepair nominated him). Having now read the Vaillant installation guide no additional screws are required at all! He even agreed the flue was not unsafe but was, however, very quick to say he could come back and ‘repair’ it for an extra charge which I said no to. So you can see the business model of this guy! Avoid avoid avoid.

After 18 months of struggling with a broken heating system that was incorrectly installed by a previous plumber, we were so relieved and blessed to find DC Group. D and Kevin worked tirelessly to identify the issues, replace the parts, and test until it was up and running. The result? A heating system that now works as it should - faultlessly! I had 4 quotes for the proposed work, and although this company was not the cheapest, they appeared to be the most enthusiastic about carrying out the work. The work took 2 days to completed in a very focussed fashion. The operatives were helpful and polite and they answered my silly questions with patience and forebearance. I would recommend them highly.

Needed Gas Safety check & certificate. Divyesh called to say "on way" and arrived on time. Explained the checks he needed to carry out and kept me informed through the process. The certificate was promptly emailed.

Excellent service and stays until the job is done. This is the 2nd year running I’ve had the guys to service the boiler amongst other plumbing jobs. Before reaching out to DC Group I took to social media looking for recommendations, which I got a few. Spoke to a number of them, before deciding who to go with to install our new boiler. I'm so glad we went DC Group, from start to finish the level of service was exceptional. We were kept in to know what would happen prior to the installation date, which had to be brought forward due to the old boiler leaking which was accommodated immediately........so MANY thanks Dee/Warren and the team at DC Group.

This was a Rolls Royce service. Firstly the Engineer kept me informed when he was 30 minutes away and was on time. The complicated problem with my boiler was professionally and methodically addressed. When I asked questions I was given detailed replies.
Nothing was rushed. The problem was dealt with but the engineer did not rush away, making sure that everything was maintaining. Polite, and a clean worker I could not ask for more.

Great service from theses guys ,was on time explained everything to me got my boiler up and running to how it should of been , radiators are now hotter than before , will definitely be calling them back next year for yearly service , great service I’m a very happy customer !

Appointment was easy to book with a quick appointment. A wet Friday rush hour in West London caused delays, but was happy to get the work over and done with.
Very thorough inspection and boiler service, from friendly engineer who was happy to explain things. Recommended and will definitely book again next year.
Payment system could be a bit slicker. I didn't want to set up a bank transfer for a one off payment, after a call I was able to pay online with credit card

Was recommended D from a friend, and I have to say I’m very satisfied. D diagnosed the problem with my boiler, he explained it to me (in layman’s terms) and then fixed it there same day. He even came back a few days later to replace my motherboard, no charge!. I’m so happy my friend Billy recommended him. It’s often hard to find an honest tradesperson, so if you want someone that won’t rip you off call DC Group to fix your boiler. Can’t recommend enough.
