My Godfathers what a nice drink.
Averna is a "Sicilian" produced herbal liqueur, it is a very tasteful drink that is appropriate for any occasion and reflects the warmth and pleasant nature of the island of Sicily. Drinkshop always have stocks and deliver promptly at reasonable cost .

Arrived on time as promised
Ordered a nice bottle of gin for the boss who was leaving for pastures new. My colleagues said he is extremely awkward to buy for.
I found out that he liked gin so I chose a nice one from your varied selection. and he seemed genuinely pleased with it. Result!
p.s. I also bought a bottle of gin for myself (seeing as the postage didn't cost any more for an extra bottle).
Would definitely recommend to anyone I speak to and will return to treat myself to another bottle of gin in due course.

I wanted a decent bottle of Cognac for a friend's 70th birthday.
Most online retailers only sell cooking brandy. TheDrinkShop had a wide choice and delivery was astonishingly quick.

Cheapest online store i could find
Being a typical tight Scotsman I spent days trawling tinterweb to find the cheapest poss online store to buy a bottle of crystal head vodka and TheDrinkShop won hands down ...the delivery was quicker than the time I spent looking ...top drawer ...will be using again

True meaning of customer service
I had hunted the internet for a particular gin from America. .... they had it. However it was due to arrive before we were going on holiday and I wanted to take it with us as a gift. I asked if they could help me out and they did ... no questions asked just a lovely email .... no problem. That's service

Dissapointing
The initial purchase process was very easy, however the delivery was a let down as the carrier did not follow instructions should the recipient be out. Instead of leaving the parcel with neighbours as requested or at the very least in a safe place it was left in full view on the door step !!

The Drinks shop provides an excellent service, extremely good prices and a well packed, speedy delivery. Even better, the cost comes down when ordering multiple buys because the postage is less.
When you factor in the cost of the drink and the postage this company is significantly cheaper than many wine stores or supermarkets.
