Faster delivery than I expected, very pleased with my purchase! I paid the extra for gift wrapping that sadly arrived bashed but not through glitter emporiums fault as it was well packed for posting! Still looked lovely when the ribbon was tied around it. Would purchase again.

Have used this service twice and both times have been perfect! Wonderful colours and that stay! My daughters 18th wine glass and bottle of wine from 2 years ago still look as good as new, and ordered a pink 50 gin glass and glitter u put in drink for my friend! Both wonderful! Def recommend for a little sparkle touch to a personalised pressie and arrived in the time stated!

The glasses arrived intact and of lovely quality. However, my issue is the lack of communication. In my customer comments section as I ordered, I specifically asked for someone to contact me regarding the choices of diamente colouring in the glass, as I had quite a mixture of goittter cooours. However I received no communication, and the glasses arrived with hot pink diamente on them, which made the glasses a lot more tacky and less classy as I was hoping for gold or silver or black as shown in some pictures. For this I am disappointed, however if you don’t mind the cooour then they are lovely glasses

Every single time,the orders have been dealt with promptly and professionally. The glasses and bottles have looked amazing and the recipients have loved them .. I've purchased twice from here now, both orders years apart from each other, and The Glitter Emporium has not faltered even slightly to provide excellent customer service both times. I ordered a bespoke wine glass for a co-worker a few years ago with her name glittered on too, and just at Christmas ordered two extra large wine glasses for my aunt and her partner which they both loved. Came in beautiful presentation boxes, and they look stunning sitting on display in their kitchen. These people are true professionals, great deals available, and your finished items will be well worth the money I can assure you. These aren't your cheap quality glasses you can buy anywhere, they're high quality items with a lot of love and thought put into them, and they're gorgeous to look at. Have ordered a few items from the Glitter Emporium. I have even had something gifted. They all come so quickly (even if you order the ‘no rush’ option) they are a great present and something a little more special than a normal bottle of alcohol!

I have ordered twice once for my sisters 18th i order a wine bottle and glass in a gift box, it was beautiful and packaging so beautifully in a black box with a pink bow it was stunning , i also orderd on behalf of my friend for her sisters birthday a bottle of prosecco and wine glass it was also just as stunning and came packaging so well there was no way for it to break in the post and the personalised writing on the glass was so lovley and easy to read but still in a lovely curly font . The only thing i was unsure about when ordering was what the gift box looked like and what colour the writing on the glass would be but emailed them and they told me exactly what i was to expect speed of delivery was brilliant too very impressed will be ordering again!
