Slow delivery & Hopeless customer service
Ordered a next day delivery for Adelaide city. No hamper delivered the next day. Phoned them. They said they were delivering it in 6 days time!!! My friend had departed by then so had to cancel. Extremely disappointed. Next day delivery promise is not to be believed! Wasted a huge amount of time on phone trying to sort this unsuccessfully then trying to cancel.

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Cheese hampers are not available for next day delivery to South Australia due to temperature controlled freight requirements. We understand this was disappointing, especially with your friend's visit affected, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I was very pleased with the welcome hamper provided to our new resident. She was extremely appreciative and expressed her gratitude for the thoughtful gifts included in the hamper. She also commented positively on the excellent service provided by AVEO.

We have looked into your order and can see it was placed on the Friday after our warehouse had closed for the week, so it was dispatched on the following Monday. From there, tracking shows it was delivered within 2 business days.

Easy, Efficient and fantastic service
This would have to be the easiest experience I have had in ordering and having a hamper delivered. The service, even when one of my hampers had to be re-directed to the local post office for collection, was absolutely outstanding. For the cost of the hampers, the quality and customer service experience is outstanding.
