the hamper was lovely and appreciated
the hamper was lovely and appreciated. my issue is with the delivery. i paid for australia post express consignment for 2 day shipping. on the day before it was supposed to be delivered status read “out for delivery” and was then returned to shipper because i had the word “australia” in the address fields twice. all of the pertinent information was in the address, street, suburb, postal code. i’m in the US and wanted to be sure to have a gift for my daughter birthday so i was able to repay the shipping (higher amount this time) and delivery was made by a courier i believe. i think if the original shipping was handled correctly and with an OUNCE of common sense the hamper would have been delivered on the correct date for the original shipping costs

Technical difficulties and service
I was having technical difficulties and when I phoned the helpful lady apologised for the inconvenience and had to process my order manually. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful.
