The Islamic Shop Avis

I had ordered a Ihram online on 3rd Dec. When received I didnt like the quality so requested for a refund via email as mentioned in the refund policy. The email came back saying Delivery Status Notification (Delay). I left a message on the website but there was no response. Then I called and a gentleman answered. Informed him I would like to return the Ihram. He said he will send me the return label. I got the return label and I sent the item back the next day. The day after I got another Ihram from the same company. When checked my bank account I didn’t get any refund which means the Ihram was replaced and not a refund. I requested for a refund as I didn’t like the quality but the company replaced it instead of refunding. Now I have been chasing them via email, online chat and calls but there is no response. I have left voicemails too. Not happy with the service.

I really like it, the Quran size is A5 which is a bit small but can read it properly. Nd the scarf is Turkish which is really small , just big enough to cover ur head. i think a matching prayer mat would be nice with this gift set.

Beautiful picture frame and fast delivery with good communication throughout.
Excellent service will definitely buy from you again

Nex time one pepper information we’re live delivery,,is coming email explaining I not see.thank you is beautiful my orders

Great service

The item arrived in perfect condition well protected and looks amazing in the prayer room. Thank you

I ordered the Holy Quran Keepsake Rayiha Gift Set in Green. The item was packed very securely and the product itself was exactly what I ordered! Definitely will order again, especially with the prompt delivery time and the updates on where my package was. Thank you!

Good service by the shop!

Delivery company Evri is useless really wouldn’t use them they just kept delaying the delivery like they always do. Two of the hats I found to be quite tight can’t wear them they give me a headache. Happen want sizes on them.

Other than that I’d use this shop again they are prompt with processing your order.

Delivery was super quick and my product was wrapped up really well. Communication was excellent. Thank you!

The price of purchased item was very competitive compared to elsewhere, henceforth purchase. However, it took a long time for an evri delivery, this could be improved

Great comms , beautiful git and wrapped with a bow , thank you , god bless

Really good design of the Kalima Tawhid and delivery was really quick, also dispatched time.

I’ve emailed this company to return my items and I have also contacted them on instragram but have not received a single reply. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately I received a completely different version of the interactive prayer I ordered. I have contacted customer services to fix this issue but have had no response. As a revert who is trying to learn how to pray I feel very upset. They are offering the My Salah salah mat for a discounted price but sending a different item.

Hats are very good quality but I ordered navy and they gave me black and didn’t notify me to tell me and still haven’t.

Very poor service. Only sent me 3 air fresheners when I ordered 5. I emailed them more than once but no reply.

It said "one size fits all" and it was probably the smallest and tightest hat. I called them up several times and no one responded. Arrived more than a week after purchase.

Purchased a Palestinian keffiyah - good price and delivered as expected
