The Kit Area Avis 

This is a shame. Ordered over 7 months ago, first piece came 1 month delayed, the second piece didn’t arrive yet. Wrote 2 emails, none were responded to, contacted instagram 10 times, answered 2 times (yes, the new account) and said it was confirmed as delivered and said it’s still in stock and they’ll ship it out next week. This message came a month ago. Order is not trackable anymore. Don’t order there. I don’t understand these good reviews here.

I received three jerseys within the time frame they indicated and I was honestly very impressed with the quality of what I received. the customer service was very friendly and informative.

I bought a shirt and was delivered on time, intact and the quality was great.
It's truly a shame to see people giving them blame for false claims. They work hard and their service is great. People should think first before posting 1 star reviews.
The delivery takes time but their honest about it and take their care with every order.
So yes It's a safe company that actually care about their customers.

I was fortunate enough to meet the Boutique Soccer/Kit Area team in person at one of the markets where they were present.
Friendly, affable, hard-working to become an international benchmark. About the items: the price is extremely fair for what they offer, and they make every effort to ensure that the order goes smoothly.
They were kind enough to display a plaque commemorating more than 10,000 sales in 2023... for some reason it will be.
Sometimes it makes me sad to see people tying to denigrate the image of these guys.

Their delivery time is not the best right now, but the shirts, Omg. The quality is definitely worth waiting for it was kind of hard getting in contact with them by mail.

Amazing quality shirt an way better price than big retailers. Managed to get hold of an old Özil Germany shirt which is quite a rare find. Will definitely come back soon.

Initially I took the wrong order so I asked for it immediately and they answered me immediately and they were kind. In the end I ordered the shirt I wanted and it arrives within the written delivery times (they always update via email) and the quality is excellent.

Ordered in November. Still haven't got the item. They don't have the decency te answer e-mails. They have our money, we don't have a shirt. Discrase!!!

After 4 weeks of waiting I got my shirts.... Perfect shirts, as a big Maldini fan the old Milan jersey is fantastic. I've recommended the site for a lot of friends and told then about the delivery, but it's worth the wait ⚽️🔥next time I hope fast delivery to give them % stars.

I think it was a good purchase overall. The quality of the items is what you'd expect from a store like The Kit Area. The customer service staff are friendly and clear up any doubts, but you may have to wait a while for an answer. Shipping, in my case, was fast. I can recommend this store without any problem.

I ordered once, the shirt arrived in time. The second time I ordered it didn’t came trough. They say that the react to their messages and emails, they dont. Dont be fooled en stay away from these scammers…

Shirts 10/10, exactly what you can expect from this range price.
Customer service could be improve.

I’ll buy more and recommend, but I truly desire that the customer service be better in the next time.
