Battery for my HP Laptop…
Ordered a battery for my HP Laptop after the previous replacement from a different supplier failed after 6 months. So far so good from TheLaptopPower.... shop, quick delivery, well packaged, straight-forward install, and reasonable price.

The PSU arrived promptly and does work
The PSU arrived promptly and does work. Unfortunately it needs tape to keep it in the laptop without falling out. It was supposed to be a compatible part, but we would expect to just use it.

Disappointed
Disappointed - issue with the charger not plugging in correctly to the laptop, got quite a hostile response when querying it. Subsequently returned the item and still waiting for a refund over a month later - refund still outstanding...

Hi Disgruntled Customer. I can found your support ticket using the order number that you provided. I have read through all the email can not see any hostile response from us. I'd be more than happy to post our reply to you here if were not for data protection laws. WE thought that the problem could be with your power socket but you pointed out that you had since received another charger directly from Acer and that was working. You were then issued a RMA so that you could return the charger for a refund.
If you have not yet received you refund, please reply to your support ticket again with your tracking details for the return so that we can look into it for you. I can not see any further emails from you after we issued the RMA and we can't help resolve issues if you have not brought them to our attention.
This company was great
This company was great. They offered help and advice to make sure you were ordering the correct product (I wasn't so this was really important to me). They inserted a link in their email to the right product to ensure I didn't order the wrong one.
They were quick, efficient, patient and pleasant. They are an honest company and the product arrived promptly and worked straight away.
I heartily recommend them.

Good advice Fast delivery
Good advice about correct battery required and exceptionally quick next day delivery (which meant it wasn't coming from China). Fitted same day and working perfectly. There were cheaper batteries available but from sellers with no UK contact address. I liked the warning about cheaper potentially dangerous alternatives.
