cost increase rectifying company mostake
Ordered a battery for my Lenovo ThinkPad, which was delivered very quickly. I had ordered the right part, but they sent the wrong version. I emailed with the problem and the reply was quick, recommending another battery from their website, which I ordered. The new one has now arrived and is fitted and working.
However, I did end up buying a more expensive battery, have now paid delivery twice and had to drive a 16-mile round trip to drop the returning battery off at a courier delivery shop. I am disappointed that this company did not offer free delivery or a reduction in the price of the battery as well as an easier way to return the wrong battery

It is true that we had listed the incorrect battery for your laptop and you therefore received a battery that did not fit your laptop. We apologised for the error and immediately sent you a pre-paid shipping label to return the battery to us for a full refund. We have around 120,000 different laptop models listed on our website and sometimes we make mistakes or receive incorrect information from suppliers and manufacturers.
We also provided you with a link to the correct battery in case you would like to place an order that. We did inform you that we only had an original Lenovo battery in stock for this type of battery hence the higher price. The first battery that you order was a 3rd party compatible battery. Of course the decision to purchase this battery was yours and yours alone. The resolution of the incorrect battery was not subject to you purchasing a more expensive battery, although we are grateful for the order and we are please to hear that this is now installed and working.
I'm sorry but we do not offer free deliveries, there is no such thing as a free delivery but when the incorrect battery is received back with us you will be issued a full refund so you would not have paid delivery twice. You may have also noticed that while you opted for a 2-3 day delivery service for your second order you received it the following working day which was due to an internal upgrade to your shipping.
Lithium batteries are classed as hazardous good and as such they are listed as prohibited items by most couriers and Royal Mail. This means that our options for return are very limited. The best solution that we have found is via a Collect+ drop off where drop off points are usually within a couple of miles from the customer. Unfortunately this can be a little further away in rural location. The nearest drop off point was listed as 4.6 miles from your address.
HIGH QUALITY REPLACEMENT LAPTOP BATTERIES
I have procured my second laptop battery from this company, having previously purchased a first battery that lasted over four years despite my laptop being used daily for more than 12 hours. I hope that the second battery will demonstrate a similar longevity.
Prior to my purchase from this company, I acquired a battery from an alternative vendor, which unfortunately lasted only nine months.
I would like to commend the company for their impressive next-day delivery service.
Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend this company. I look forward to making future purchases as needed.

Returning a product is an absolute pain
Although the package recieved was fine however, a mistake on my behalf not realising my laptop was broke not the charger i processed the return of the product a few days later. However, at the moment they are refusing to give me a refund despite litteral proof of return and a picture of somone recieving the package. Asking for order ID's they dont send out in guest checkout and RMA numbers however, they dont need them to find my actual return. I provided proof of return and my bank statement, and my name and address within the package. Just give me my money back man.

Firstly let me set the record straight. We send an order confirmation with every email whether ordered on account or as a guest. This order confirmation also contains your order ID in both the subject and the body of the email. We also email a dispatch confirmation email once the order ships which also contains your order ID.
As per our terms and conditions and according to the Consumer Contracts Regulations you are required to notify us of your intent to return an item, at this point we will issue you with a RMA number and return address so that we can identify your return. This will also be sent to you via email.
I can only suggest that if you have not received any of these emails that you check your spam/junk folder or speak to your email provider.
Now to your complaint. It seems you have returned something to us at some point without knowing your order ID or having a RMA for the return.
How are we meant to issue a refund if we don't know who you are or where a return has come from?
I suggest contacting our support. I'm sure we can issue a refund if you just tell us who you are man.

First Time Buyers for an Acer Aspire 5 Laptop Power Charger. Only bought the Laptop last year and already experienced problems with the Power Charger cable wires which wasn't charging up the Laptop. So found the Laptop Power Supply company and took a chance. Very easy to find what I was looking for very reasonably priced and express delivery was great. I liked there Warning online which advised you on issues to look out for. When the new charger arrived found no problems as yet. Would I Recommend Yes

Great quality products!
I've purchased from The Laptop Power Supply Shop twice - once for a replacement battery and then for a replacement charger. Both times I've had a really good experience with their products. They are well made, fairly priced, and delivery and dispatch was speedy. My only criticism would be - I had an enquiry about my order/replacement charger, sent them an email and their customer service wasn't so friendly. It's worth mentioning that my most recent experience was a while ago, so they might have improved their customer service since then. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend them!

I bought a gaming laptop off if amazon and after 20 minutes it was burning hot to touch and I was paranoid about fire or explosion.
I read the reviews and product info from here and ordered a charger. Tempature is absolutely fine. Warm as expected when running a high end gaming laptop but functions perfect and has put my mind at ease. Will always use this place for computer parts
