Spot on! My HP laptop is overall in good working order however the battery had failed and the HP app recommended replacement. However, having purchased it 7 years ago, components and repair are no longer supported by HP.

Laptop Power Supply Shop recognised my laptop type and sent the correct battery with a couple of days of purchase via DHL. A local shop replaced it for me and I calibrated the new battery at home with the instructions in the pack.

The battery life is as it was when I purchased the laptop new, and everything works perfectly, thank you.

I got through to a gentleman who explained everything and answered all my questions. Provided the correct charger at a decent price. After I have bought a charger that failed within months from a different company, I was worried, but this one does its job well and looks sturdy. Pleased with my purchase.

Power supply appeared poorly made, it had kinks in the cable after just 2 months and soon after stopped working. It was usual use of a laptop cable, and I have never had an issue like this before despite working in tech for over 20 years.

Before I had even returned the product they said that it appeared the cable had been damaged or broken from me. I don't trust them, it appears they will avoid responsibility right from the off.
