The Laptop Power Supply Shop Avis

Found the correct Battery on-line by searching for the Laptop model. It was an exact replacement.
Good instructions plus I found a YT tutorial on tools required and how to change battery.

quick delivery, genuine parts as advertised

Very helpful telephone advice. Quick and efficient despatch of item which, was quickly received.

The new battery was well packed, arrived quickly, came with plenty of advice about the procedure to install and charge it. My laptop now lasts much longer on battery, I think it's as good as it was when I first bought it.

I needed a new battery and wanted to avoid, if possible, the costs of a repair shop. Online reviews for this company were good so I gave them a try. I rang them to get help and advice on the precise battery I needed, the pros and cons of an original replacement or a reliable non-original brand, and about installation and future battery care. I spoke to Elliott, who talked me through everything in a patient, friendly and professional manner, for which I am very grateful. As a result (and with help from a U-Tube video) I easily fitted the replacement battery and it is working perfectly (6 weeks in). Very happy, on this experience, to recommend this company.

Not the cheapest, but guaranteed as a high quality replacement.

Relatively straightforward to fit using instructions on youtube.

Timely arrival, goods as described

Easy to order online and item dispatched quickly.

They are a real business with real products. It’s a high quality product with a good purchase experience. There were a lot of cheaper products from the usual vendors with poor reviews but this is a well made high quality battery that charges well and hold a lot of charge. The courier also flew the delivery from London to Luton to assure next day delivery.

Very quick delivery, well packaged and kept well informed. Could not be happier with the service.

Needing an AC charger for a HP notebook I looked at a number of sites to find one compatible with my PC.

What became evident is that despite a multitude of companies having Co.UK web addresses virtually all of them where located abroad mainly in China. That to me speaks of dishonesty right from the off the bat.

Further research brought The Laptop Power Supply Shop into view, one of the handful of companies providing such accessories based in the UK. Their website provides all the technical information you need before buying. If however, you are not technically minded like me a quick phone call for advice can also reassure you. I had occasion to twice call them for clarification of certain issues. Each time the phone was quickly answered and my queries calmly and professionally dealt with. In my view this is how all customer service should be. Top notch all round.

Fast despatch, arived when expected.
Battery was exactly as described, well packed, easy to fit, and works perfectly

Fantastic communication, super quick delivery and a great item.
Highly recommended seller

Fast service and good website. I needed to get hold of a charging cable for my laptop very quickly as mine broke. This company's website made it easy to identify the exact one I needed, when I couldn't find this information elsewhere on competing sites. The cable was delivered quickly and efficiently with no nonsense. Highly recommended.
